Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaBack in time this was for sure one of the luxury spots at the Copacabana, but everything seems to be like it was 30 years ago. The whole hotel is outdated but right now they are renovating so I’m pretty sure, something great is in the making!
The location is the best you could get! The rooms are huge and the balcony is amazing.

United StatesMold on bathroom walls. Staff had some communication issues. No shampoo and toilet paper didn’t stay on rack. Place really needs an update. Towels very thin and pillows old and stinky.
I felt safe at the hotel and great location. Breakfast was decent. Elevators worked. Great view and balcony. Air conditioning worked in room.

Irelandthe major issue is the bedroom, which the air conditioning system is very old, the machine is very NOISY, for the price of this hotel, this kind of thing shouldn't be happening, we also noted that the Room and toilet needs a renewal, even though that was clean, but it did not like much clean. The lightning in our toilet was also very dark, which to get a makeup we needed to use our phones.
We really liked the LOCATION, which was AMAZING. the breakfast and staffs were also very good.
