The only option for eating is at the hotel and it is a buffet (even though there are a few a la carte options, staff actively dissuade you from opting for those, even stating wrongly that the buffet is included). It is also not the best location for tours: when booking tours you will systematically be the first to be picked up very early in the morning and the last to be back at your hotel

This hotel has every possible entertainment option, which is great especially for kids or when you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel

Too little food options, only 1 buffet restaurant to have dinner, they have a la carte but it is expensive, and look like the waitres doesnt want yoy to go for this option.An hotel of this size should have more options to eat and many restaurants. The housekeeping staff looks like they do everything possible to don't do your room, the minute you go out, they send below the door a paper saying that you were in the room and they couldn't clean it. I had to request change of room, because the WC had an ugly smell, and the cleaning staff solution was trowing a lot of chlorine and say that it was fixed. Also I had a leak in the WC of my new room, had to leave many towels to avoid the water reaching the room, and the cleaning person thought that taking those towels and leaving nothing would solve the problem.

Rules seems to be more important form them, than user experience. Sometimes seems that they are doing a favor to you when they accept a request that is not usual. Example: A 15 min earlier breakfast, because you have an early flight. Also, everything is paid extra and prices are very expensive. There is not even a coffee machine or a tea time, which you can find in much simpler hotels around.

heated pools and jacuzzis are amazing, sports facilities are great, rooms are very spacious and breakfast is really good. The structure is a real 5 stars hotel.

Some parts of the property were a bit run down or seemed a bit old, but otherwise no complaints!

The resort was very pleasant and the staff was excellent - definitely a good value for what we got. Although some parts of the property seemed a bit worn down, overall it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and our room was quite spacious and comfortable (the in-room jacuzzi was a real treat!). The front desk staff was excellent - easy, efficient, and quick check-in - and the dining/dinner staff (especially Ludmilla, our waitress) were all superb. The location was also close enough to get to the National Park and airport in 20-25 minutes. Overall, we were very happy at this resort and would recommend it.

Everything seemed to be over priced. The drinks at the pool were tasty, but expensive. Supper in the restaurant was also buffet with good food, but also expensive. Nothing wrong with the hotel, it just seemed over priced to me.

Great customer service at the front counter, Wesley at the pool was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was comfortable and clean.
