Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThe beds and the pillows. They were old and damaged, and the mattresses were stained. The sheets had holes in the them, and one had a small blood stain on it. There was also zero WiFi connection in our room.
The breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Central location. Great view of the beach.

Location os excellent, just across the beach road, beautiful garden and pool in a peaceful residential neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff.

O gerente e pessimo! **** Note: I have to respond to the hotel's comment as tagging me as a person with no respect is untrue and has no basis! I am a frequent traveler, not just local but international, and 15 mins time is nothing for me to wait. Your hotel organization is poor, as I've commented. You are telling about respect, but you don't have any idea if you have given RESPECT then to your hotel guests, that almost missed their flight, took their breakfast with their own pockets, and the mess there was on the reception and lobby that day. A total CHAOS. The 15mins waiting that you are commenting is absurd. There were 3 double decker bus with full of guests who arrived on the breakfast time. Just to mention the breakfast area is small, tables cant be re-arranged to accommodate more number of persons,... Which competent manager will think these number of guests will be accommodated in 15min span of time? There is no notice to existing guests of this kind of event. They could rather allocate their external pantry near the pool area to serve their excursionists, knowing this huge number... When we came back from breakfast, there were still a bunch of people doing the check-ins. And a lot of them are scattered in the hotel's lobby because the rooms are not yet available. Obviously, the rooms are still waiting to be vacated. By the way, hotel's check-in time is 14:00H. And why these people from 3 double decker bus were all flocked in the hotel's reception lobby on breakfast time doing their check-ins??? And the respect that you are telling I don't have.. Better think before you speak... Respect begets respect..

United StatesEverything, the hotel is very old and in bad conditions The bathroom is dirty with a lot of stains… the hotel needs renovation. The game room has a lot of things broken . The towels are too old, the pool is in bad condition. The garden isn’t nice . The beach tennis courts isn’t nice… the tv in the room is too small and old!!

BrazilRoom 519 had bed bugs in the mattress. We woke up at 1 am when my wife felt the bugs crawling on her, we got out the room immediately and reported the problem at the reception. They didn’t refund us and even said we had to come back in the morning to talk to the manager!!!
We checked in around 8 pm and literally ran away at 1 am just after finding out our bed was full of bed bugs, so I definitely have nothing I liked about this property.
