If I could have rated higher than a 10, I would have. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was emaculate, and the beds were very cozy. The recommendations on places to go and restaurants to eat were spot on. I can't say enough good things about the room and the people. Loved it.

The hosts are very welcoming and lovely, they gave us lots of tips on places to visit on the island. The pousada has a very relaxing vibe and you can even see little monkeys visiting in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing with many savoury and sweet options like pastries, fruits, juices and fresh breads. We felt spoilt for choice every morning :)

Everything, I couldn’t find a better place to stay in Floripa. Miguel receives us however the check in was passed and Simone was so nice, explaining every detail, helped us with the tours, the breakfast was incredible. I need to return to Floripa and stay here again without any doubts

Wonderful, beautiful, full of magic and charm, the best, warmest, generous owners, Miguel & Simone. The breakfast was incredibly delicious with homemade fresh products, the bed so comfortable, the garden enchanting. We arrived without our luggage which was lost by the airline and Miguel gave my husband one of his jackets to wear. This little pousada is the best in the world! Loved it!!

We spent a week in Miguel and Simones Pousada and we really enjoyed our time. The room was very big, clean and had air condition and a fan. Simone prepared a delicious breakfast with different things every day. Miguel speaks fluently english and gave us great tips for the island and whenever we needed something, he was there to help. We rented a car for our stay so it was really easy to get around. We would definitly recommend to rent a car otherwise you must rely on uber - which is not always easy to get. We can definitly recommend this place.

Miguel and Simone are very warm, attentive and helpful. Miguel spoke excellent English and provided great activity tips daily. The entire pousada has a positive vibe, full of life, with exotic plants, a small tortoise and even small friendly wild monkeys that come to get their banana breakfast in a non-intrusive manner. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was “just right”. The AC and ceiling fan worked well. It’s nice that there’s a hammock on the small deck. Every day our room was carefully cleaned and flowers placed around, even in the toilet! The breakfast was very generous with a wide selection of pastries, fruit salad, granola, cereal, fresh bread of several kinds and eggs on demand. The coffee was great and always had fresh juice. It was convenient to have a safe place to park the rental car on the property. Miguel asked me by text to let him know when we were close at arrival to open the gate for us. He provided us with a remote to come and go as we pleased. Our stay was great!

We like everything

The breakfast was incredible, the location was great too as the island is quite big, we rented a motobike and were able to go to the North beaches in 40 mins and the South in 30 mins. Miguel and Simone were always giving advice on things to do, Simone spoke portuguese so we could not understand much but that is when Miguel came in who spoke English, spanish probably Italian if required haha

Outstanding staying, amazing breakfast more than you can ask, the owners (Simone e Miguel) manage the place and they do everything to make your staying pleasant, it felt like we were old friends. While in Floripa, if you are not planning on taking Uber, renting a car is the best option in case you plan to visit the rest of the Island, don’t expect public transportation to get you around. The Lagoa da Conceição is within 5 min walk from the Pousada, a place to relax or witness the sunrise. Joaquina the most famous beach in Floripa, is within 30 mins walk from the Pousada, through a a really nice trail between native vegetation and white sand dunes, if it is sunny, wear shoes and hat otherwise you will fry you feet and head. There are few restaurants in a walking distance, I would recommend LaParva restaurant owned by an Argentinian couple, the food is just amazing.

An absolute gem of a place. Beautiful (stylish/ eclectic). Great attention to detail and Simone and Miguel took great pleasure in ensuring guests had a fabulous experience. Breakfast excellent. Room spacious with lovely en-suite and balcony (with hammock). The garden was a delight. Very chilled and relaxed place to be.

This was a charming property with much attention to detail. We loved the decoration, the garden, the thoughtful and extensive breakfast spread with fresh pastries from the local bakery and home made jams and delicacies. We also enjoyed meeting Miguel and Simone who were wonderful hosts.

Simone and Miguel were wonderful, helpful hosts who made us feel like part of the family. The Pousada is beautiful, surrounded by nature - there are even some adorable little monkeys that joined us for breakfast a couple of times. The breakfast was incredible and we looked forward to this every day. The location is good - very quiet and peaceful yet close to shops and restaurants. It is best to have a car here but you can actually walk to Joaquina beach which takes about 20 minutes through a beautiful nature reserve.
