A coiple of suggestions: - Written instructions on how to use the Sky remote control and access streaming services such as Netflix. It was too hard to find out. - Restaurant is pricey vis a vis food portions. Adding more salads to the menu would be a good idea. - it would be a good idea to offer the option to remove the third/extra bed, to have more space in the room.

Everything. Location, faciities, staff…. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff is so polite and alwaystrying to please you.spcial kudos to Luana and Claus and sorry for not naming everybody else.

Space, internet, quality.

They charge you a premium price, equivalent to an excellent hotel, but they are not at that level yet. Room is ok, but small. Breakfast is good, but not excellent, they space issues during breakfast. I don't mind paying a premium price for a premium service and a premium facility, but this is not their case.

There was one juice at the most amazing breakfast bar I did not like. In other words, this place is damn near perfect.

As soon as I entered the resort, I was greeted with coconut water and a chilled shot of coconut cachaça by the most wonderful staff. From that moment on, I knew I chose the right location. We arrived early. Our room was not ready yet, as expected. They took our bags which magicaly reappeared in our room. The resort restaurant was some of the best food we had in Praia do Forte. Luana was always looking out for my every possible need without me even having to ask. Without boring you with all the details, let me just say this. This is my fifth time in Brasil. This is by far the best place I have stayed, anywhere in Brasil!

This would be such a perfect hotel but there was extremely noisy building work going on in the road next to the garden throughout our stay and sadly it was very intrusive.

It’s a really beautiful hotel. There’s a lovely garden and elegant public areas. The pool is great for cooling off in. The food and cocktails are excellent. It’s an easy walk into Praia do Forte for restaurants and the beach.

The AC wasn't the best, and it would've been nice to have hair conditioner. Being a bit picky here, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I don't know if I can put my finger on anything I didn't like. It has exceeded my expectations. If I'd be very picky, perhaps they could have better indication on where is the parking space.

The pool area is awesome, honestly, much nicer than I expected. The room is super comfortable, spacious and stylish. The staff is fantastic and so is the breakfast. you can't go wrong with this hotel!

The bed had a pillow top in order to make two single beds turning into one queen bed , the pillow top was bigger than the two beds together and was moving through the night when we moved while sleeping .

My stay was incredible and behind my expectations. The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay. 10+ stars across the board. The food was excellent, the massage was amazing and the rooms are so comfortable. There is no negative feedback from me. I loved it so much that making this an annual trip.
