Not unique to this lodging but the window panels have minor gaps. The Hotel area has almost no Mosquitos but if you are sensitive take a Mosquito zapper that stays on all night. It was the same in all lodgings I stayed in Lencois.

Very elegant and nice looking lodging. Looks much better than pictures. Staff is very nice and will take you and pick you up from restaurants. Great breakfast. Loved it.

The room was immaculate, air conditioned, and very clean and beautiful to stay in. The bathroom with plants and a big shower head was amazing and all aspects of the pousada were thought out with true care in their design. The bed was very comfortable and the spa was a perfect place to sit and enjoy a beer on a hot day. Breakfast needs to be talked about: the pão de queijo was unbelievable and the omelette might be one of the best I’ve had. The offer alternative milk options, and snacks you can take with you when touring the dunes, which we thought was a nice touch. Friends who stayed nearby came over to drink with us at the bar on several afternoons, and we couldn’t get enough of Franz and Katarina’s caipirinhas and company. Truly one of the highlights of our trip was meeting Franz and Katarina, they are amazing hosts and we loved that they sat and drank with us and talked to us about the local history of Maranhão. They were more than helpful, taking us where ever we needed to go on quad bikes (the importance of this in Atins needs to be said) and recommended us fantastic options for food and activities. The pousada amenities are fantastic, with even a basic gym, this place has everything you need to enjoy a stay. We would stay here again, and will recommend this place to everyone who is looking to head to Atins. Thanks Franz and Katarina!

Room for family of 4 was perfect. The sofa bed was large and comfortable. Love the balcony with hammock and jacuzzi . Friendly owner and staff. They serve pizza for dinner and were kind to prepare me a meal instead of pizza. Think you can request for something else if you give them enough time to prepare the ingredients. Owner is very accommodating. I highly recommend.

Everything just perfect.

We liked everything. Beautiful guest house, the rooms well equiped , very clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious with 2 balconies and jacuzzi, very comfortable bed and a really huge sofa bed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of opcions to choose. Coffee available during the day.. A voucher for a drink for each gast upon arrival. Pick up service from the port and transfer from and to the pousada during the whole stay included in the price. The whole staff really nice and helpful. The host is a great man, so friendly and willing to help, Puting a big efort to find the best opcion of trips, transfers for each guest. We highly recomend it. It is the kind of places it is really hard to leave :)

Honestly, there is nothing I didn’t like.

Our stay at the Pousada Lanea was perfect. The place is nice and comfortable, it’s lovely to spend time there. The staff is amazing, everyone is extremely helpful and kind (there’s also a super cute cat around). Moreover, they speak a perfect English, so it was very easy to interact. They have quads and drove us around Atins every time we needed to, which is super convenient (especially when it’s hot). Also, the breakfast was amazing! I wish we spent more time here.

The rooms were amazing. Everything was better than the photos. The staff and the owner were very extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Also the courtesy rides in Atins were a wonderful surprise.

Nice and beautiful Pousada. Pretty close to some Restaurants. They offer a free shuttle to the beach, harbor and restaurants, so you can enjoy the whole village very easy. Breakfast is very good.

This is a beautiful property . The design and architecture are very modern and yet with a warm feeling due to the beautiful wooden doors and details . The large smooth concrete shower is particularly well designed and the large room has a balcony overlooking the palm trees . From your hamac you can relax, the gentle breeze with send you to heaven! Everything is spotless, the breakfast has a large assortment of fruits , breads, eggs cheese and ham. The staff is very friendly and the owner Franz is particularly welcoming and will answer all questions regarding the area. This was an oasis of peace for us, I would definitely come back! Thank you to all at Lanea.

It is a perfect measure of comfort, convenience, and friendliness. The hosts and the staff are caring and warm. They go extra steps to get what is needed to make the experience perfect for you.
