Very minor touch ups required, like the lamp shades in the room needed to be replaced. Fridge in the room was very loud (but that seems to be a thing in all places)

It was too expensive for the quality and the services of the facility. The room was very small and there was no hot water for the shower.

The position is very good, right in front of the sea, in the main street and very close to the harbor. The breakfast was really good and in the nice room with the sea view.

When we arrive there were probably more than 30 mosquitoes in our room - I asked staff to support to remove them and I was given repellent ….. Anyways - with common sense that we were in an Island we just went to a local store and bought bug spray - Sprayed the whole room and let the room closed - bugs were killed and problem solved but staff could have been more proactive We also did not request cleaning of the room so we could ensure that the room would remain closed and mosquitoes free for the other two days that we stayed there.

Well located, staff was nice, breakfast was good, room clean and generator was silent - AC was very good. They were nice in allowing us to have a shower and use the social bathroom after our check out and before our boat departure from the Island.

Not only does this hotel have an amazing location (2min walk from the port) delicious breakfast included and gorgeous clean rooms, it has Gabriel, one of the most welcoming front desk managers. He gave us the perfect schedule for our limited days trip and had the best attitud.

The room was old and a bit small for its price, but good enough for the 2 nights we stayed. There were ants on the wall (although they were benign and didn’t bother us). It would have been nice to have a drying rack somewhere outside to help dry our beach stuff faster.

the location was amazing, right in front of the beach and the port. The staff was really friendly and attentive. They helped us book some really nice boat tours around the island. The receptionist that helped us spoke English which made communication much smoother. Breakfast was good.

Even though when location was in front of the ocean, our room was in the very back of the hotel so we had to walk a lot to get there!

Abraão Beach should be cleaned. It looks clean but there are a few sewer on the sand going to the ocean.

Everything was amazing! Room, AC, cleaning, staff, breakfast... I truly recommend it! You will not be disappointed.

The experience itself was really good. Breakfast was good and the room met my expectations with cleanliness, comfort and quietness. The staff support was excellent regarding activities and "Pousada Agua Viva" is located within everything you need to do at Abraao, so superb location.

The night staff wasn't friendly, I have asked some ice for my water and he simple told there wasn't any left to offer without checking in the kitchen or ice maker.. If Gabriel was there at night shift, I would have ice, and much better service . Pousada should have a interphone for the guest to communicates with the staff if needed. Top floor could have a big table in case some guest want to play cards. Every room should a chai at least. Have a better and comfortable pillows, mine was horrible unfortunately... If the owners take this survey as an proactive improvement, that would be a plus.

The receptionist Gabriel was super friendly, kind, very receptive 👏 Great breakfast, kitchen staff were awesome Lucas and Solange were great!! Because of the them we might c ok me back.

Very simple for the price you pay. Staff at the desk not very attentive… after check out left our luggage under the stairs as indicated by the staff and when we came back the boy at the desk was on his phone if t even notice us back at the hotel and taking our luggage….

Very bad value for money! This Pousada would be 1 or 2 stars on European level, but prices are like a 4 star hotel. I expected a lot more comfort and quality for this price!

Room was stark. Very poor lighting. Floors were slick. Hard to tell how clean they were.

Bed was surprisingly decent and comfortable. Which is atypical in Brazil.
