Very cramped rooms and bathrooms. Timed shower - make sure to finish before it cuts your water off. Breakfast was extremely simple.

I wish the blanket and mattress cover could be a little bit newer, or the bathroom in our room had a shower too. But other than that, I was happy with my stay

Abdul Rahman is professional yet has a great vibe. He speaks English and Portuguese and is very informative — I wish I’d had more time to chat with him. The hostel atmosphere is fantastic, easy to meet people and have conversations. At 10 p.m., Abdul kindly asked everyone to keep it down so others could rest — a small but rare touch that made the place feel both friendly and respectful. If I have work in that part of the city, I will definitely stay there again!

To me, the ventilation in the 12-bed dorm downstairs is better than that of the 9-bed dorm upstairs.

Very peaceful and organized environment. Staff is always around. Place is quite clean everywhere. There are plugs next to each bed and 3 working showers. Kitchen is useful if you need it. The breakfast is simple in range but well made, also being constantly replaced/refilled throughout the 2 hours during which it’s served. Location is 3-4min away from subway station and 5min away from Rebouças Av., where you can get a bus to most places in town.

Beds were a little hard and basic, the rooms were a little cramped, and I felt that they needed a few more bathrooms. Note that the rooms don’t have air conditioning - this wasn’t a problem for me, but some travellers might need it in the summer.

Great location, near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a metro station. Breakfast provided, and helpful staff. Great vibe and excellent value!

The shower from the second floor was not working but it was fixed the other day which is fine. There’s no signage about the location of the hostel but it shows on the google maps anyway.

It was value for money! I got myself a solo room and I had my own keys from the main door as I like to explore São Paulo at night. They even had a small breakfast with great selection. You can use their kitchen supplies if needed too. I think it was like a family business, I feel like I’m living with a lot of people and they have like a traditional reception where they still write the names of the people checked-in which is cool. There are also several bathroom and toilet to use in the facility.

Too loud at night until very late. The tv set at the reception was working unnecessarily loud with music. I didn't have to go to sleep because I had a plane after midnight. But if I'd had to go to sleep, it would have been uncomfortable

The reglamentation of the room. it is allowed to chat very early in the morning while people are sleeping, but not a regular hostel noise. There was a call center white hair guy and an old Brazilian lady who did not want to speak Portuguese, just Italian, and they chatted every day early in the morning, with no politeness or care for other people. So if you have some little language knowledge, apparently they allow you to chat early inside the room, good they know how to say "Chimpan-c!, they are suffering, so I let them be. and not blame the hostel.

The manager of the hostel is very dedicated and very organized and communicative. They have spots to work for digital nomads, where no one bothers you. Good Hostel. Just clean.

Actually because of the low price tag nobody should complain about any flows. Still I'll mention some inconveniences 1) the living area is super-packed, incl. room and lobby. I would appreciate a bit more spacious common space to work/read on a laptop. 2) as there is no aircon in the room we kept the window open so all noise from the street was disturbing over the night. 3) half of the night was itching because of the small nasty fleas. Also, be aware to tag your food in the fridge which is usually packed because of its size. Otherwise your food will discarded on a daily basis.

The best part is the value for the money, it's super affordable and some breakfast is included. The staff is friendly.

The bathroom 2nd floor was out of order, and the one at first floor, you could find 1 toilet with one shower and the other just 1 toilet, but i didnt like to brush my teeth outside i mean the sink is in the middle of an aisle, but well small area, nothing else beside that.

The front desk team was very nice, ubication was good near to a Pao Do Azucar, and OXXO, the room was very thigh the beds but comfortable big window, and very fresh, places to eat were small but it was coussy. Enough for me just 1 night, I saw they had BREAKFAST like buffet I couldn't stay until the morning. And reception 24 hrs available thats good!

It’s really tight and cramped at times. The triple bunk beds are fairly stable but there’s still a lot of people in small place. They could really use some more toilets/showers especially upstairs. The vibe isn’t international traveler or backpacker oriented and feels closer to halfway house.

All things considered a good place to stay. It’s in a quirky and safe neighborhood, convenient to the metro and many cool bars and restaurants. It’s very basic, but it’s clean, seems to be well managed and everything works. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Can’t beat it for the price.

The hospitality was great! When I arrived to the hostel, the only available bed was the bottom bed, which I normally don't like, but accepted anyway... But the owner of the hostel gave me the individual room, without me asking for it, and WITHOUT any additional for the upgrade. I stayed there for 3 nights and everything went very well.

There is very little space in the dorms like in the common area. In the front desk they charged me more expensive when I wanted to extend my stay without going through Booking, which not a good way to treat your clients.

The location is very nice. There is everything at a walking distance. And the metro station is nearby. The staff are nice people. The WiFi is excellent. The kitchen is very small but operational. The breakfast is amazing. It's a buffet style, with eggs, fruits, coffee, tea, juice, bread, cakes...
