Very good breakfast (and café da tarde!), extremely friendly staff, room was on the smaller side but adequate

The AC in my room didn't seem to work. I didn't mind because it was winter, but it could have been inconvenient in other seasons

The people were really friendly and the breakfast very nice.

Good facilities, comfortable. The swimming pool seemed fine although we did not use it. The room was good and the hot tub good to use The staff was kind and accommodating, we had a problem with the water temperature during out first night but the staffw as quick to solve it

The location is good but a 10-minute walk to the centre of Abraão. It can be challenging if you have big and heavy luggage.

Room was a bit small but comfy. We couldn’t keep the window open as it was facing the main hallway.

The poussada was well located (7 minutes walk from the center) but in a quiet environement far from the noise. The staff was very helpfull. The room was clean and furnished as we needed. The breakfast was amazing with local fruits, home made cakes and all the regular food needed to start a hiking day. Tea time is a big plus that could bring a friendly moment between the guests! If you need to rest and feel like home during your stay in Abraao, this is the place to be.

The location is very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very kind and helpful. They showed a lot of good will about our requests, and we really appreciated it. We also loved that it is located a bit outside of the center, in a quiet street, but still very closeby for everything. We hope to stay there again on our next visit

By accident we only a room with a hot tub. When we arrived, the room was “decorated” with artificial petals. The hot tub was dirty and covered in grime. The room was very tastelessly furnished, and the furniture was significantly worn out. Maybe if we had chosen a different room, we would have had a completely different impression.

The stay surpassed our expectations- the room was beautifully presented , the staff were incredible , the breakfast was amazing . Honestly can not fault it except for an early checkout time ! Would definitely stay here again.

Having a 11am checkout would be a massive help given breakfast is 8-9.30 for sufficient time to pack!

Great spot. Less than 10min walking from the port. Staff super helpful. Breakfast and afternoon that they do included is superbon. 😉

I would change/ improve the lights in the rooms

The place offers a picture-perfect view that is absolutely stunning! The hammock in front of the room was a lovely addition. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of cake options available; I particularly loved the lemon mousse cake! The afternoon tea was a great way to end the day before going out to dinner. The hotel is close to Abraoo center, a 5-minute walk to get to restaurants or the beach. The area is well-lit at night.

There were some minor issues. Good to note the following: the hot tub in the room takes up a lot of space, which makes the room feel smaller than it actually is. Additionally, one night, a cockroach crawled out of the hot tub, so it might be wise to check the building's foundation for any potential problems. Another significant factor that affected our sleep was the backup generator. The hotel, like the rest of Abraao, experiences electricity outages. While the generator provides power, it is extremely noisy. At the beginning of our stay, it ran all night long, making it difficult to get rest. Bring earplugs! Lastly, the staff did not speak English and didn’t seem to make much effort to communicate through Google Translate. They were rather distant. During our stay, they canceled our reservation via Booking.com without contacting us. We believe it was an error (as we were not asked to leave), but we never received any explanation, which was quite strange.

The breakfast was very lovely, the location is a bit far from the beach but everything is easily at walking distance. At night there isn't much noise. Staff is very nice too.

We had some power outages which only lasted a few minutes. The internet sometimes didn't work. The shower wasn't always very warm.
