Avoid their restaurant on the beach. Unbelievable prices and they charge for live music :)

Perhaps a probable with all room close to sea level and may be avoided with a second floor room. The plumbing did smell and sometimes was less than efficient. Cockroaches could be found. But this is a hotel in the jungle so not a surprise. The staff would spray the rooms regularly and were cleaned daily. An insect problem was kept well in hand. The biggest issue was that there was.no where to hang and dry clothes after a day at the beach. With no airing facility towels started to smell. A chair in the room would have been useful. But the room was small and the third bed would have had to go to make room for this. Rooms were great for 2 people but not 3 Don't bother paying extra for a seafront baloney, the trees and powerlines block your view.

The location close to the landing pier and beach was excellent. Yet setback enough so as not to be busy and noisy. A good breakfast bar plenty of choice and restocked regularly with friendly staff clearing the tables often

The cleanliness of the room

The breakfast was good. Location good, close to where the ferry landed. Staff good and price good. The actual room had mould on the ceiling and wall also the plug hole in the bathroom sink was full of gunge. We had a cockroach too. Tried to catch to get out of room but too fast. In the morning it was dead and our last day anyway.

The property gave us 2 towels in a room that can sleep 5 but even after asking we never got it.

You don’t need to wear slippers in the room to walk to the beach as it is literally outside. We stayed in a duplex room for 5 people but the duplex part gets hot as it has no ac. The main room can sleep 3 and has ac so comfortable. The property is 50 mt. from the ferry port like a 2 min walk. The bathroom was manageable. Fridge and microwave were busted at the outset but they fixed the fridge and replaced the microwave. The included breakfast was ok as well with fresh fruits , bread, granola, milk, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yams and cakes.

It wasn't very clean when we arrived, and they didn't clean well until I asked to. The wifi didn't work either, it was hard to work. And it was very noisy, people pushing chairs upstairs early in the morning and music and chatting outside. We could hear everything from our room.

It seemed very insecure to me that it's necessary to leave the key every time you go out, although nothing happened. The bathrooms always have a bad smell and seem very neglected; almost everything has mold. The location is really good; they just need to do some maintenance.

The room was big but too dark.

Right on the beach, close to the port. Receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. We got 10% discout to the restaurant next door.

the cleaning was definitely not great, for a five night stay not having the bathroom cleaned at least once was complicated since it’s a place by the beach, and we had to ask for fresh towels even when we’ve been told they’d be changed every second day. The sheets were as well too small for the bed.

- good location - nice breakfast - AC in the room - we had to check out one night earlier due to personal reasons and the hotel arranged a transfer for us to Rio which we didn't have to pay extra for - thanks again!!

Definitely love the place to stay! Amazing stuff! So helpful! Super convenient! Very close to the harbour! And near everything you need! Big and clean rooms! Best breakfast and the view front of sea!
