Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdomlack of privacy outside room , wasn’t sectioned off , walls were paper thin so could hear the kids next door running around in the mornings , the breakfast was very poor by anyone’s standards but especially as we told them we were vegan on booking and were told it wouldn’t be a problem, we just got fruit and bread .. the second day they make the effort to get us plant milk tho . the hills to ho anywhere were so steep! like SO STEEP ! this wasn’t noted on any booking Info

NetherlandsIt would be great if there would be a bar at the pool or some bottled/canned drinks for sale at reception (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). There is no grocery store nearby so we bought some drinks and took an uber from centro. But we rather would have bought from the pousada. So perhaps a good business opportunity!
Amazing location, beautiful sunset view from the pool deck, close to a great snorkeling beach (reef is closed for boats, lots of fish and we enjoyed a close encounter with a seaturtle). Their staff is very friendly and breakfast is great! Lots of variety and very delicious.
