Access, difficult to find entrance and reception in middle of the hotel which is stretched between 2 roads so difficult to get a close to reception taxi drop off.

Breakfast was good, excellent choice on the buffet and some things available freshly cooked.

Nice smaller hotel across from the beach in a great location. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Pool area is lovely.

The bathroom felt a bit cheap for a 4 star hotel. It does not match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Besides, I felt the check-in took way too long although I was the only one in line. The staff is great but the process of the check-in took too long. If it wasn’t for the check-in duration and the bathroom, I would rate the hotel a 10, especially for its price tag.

The location is top notch. Next to a very nice beach and 1 minute walk from a shopping mall. The staff is really friendly and the overall vibe of the hotel is excellent. I liked the fact that there is ample space to park the car at a new parking lot location

A baby seat and cot option would be helpful. The view from the room was just a carpark, but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely staff. Amazing breakfast and the meals in general. Good size room for couple with baby. And the jacuzzi was a real treat!

The double bed was very uncomfortable, very soft. But as requested to change the mattress they have dealt promptly placing two single beds instead. The single beds could have been a little bigger.

There was no rubbish bin in the room apart from the bathroom, but that's not something that impacted our stay in any significant way.

The location is quiet compared to other beaches, but it was still fantastic as it was close to a shopping center and within walking distance to a range of amazing restaurants. The location of the hotel made for a very quiet and lovely stay. Staff was extraordinary in terms of providing suggestions and support, and breakfast was a scrumptious affair. I will definitely come back here.

I loved Kastel Jampa, very cozy and comfortable. Whereas Residência Horizonte was dirty and not suitable to be negotiated through booking.

Location. It was like a 6 star hotel compared to Residencial Horizonte in Lisbon, horrible and dirty place. Couldn’t get a refund from booking.

The breakfast was good, but hotels in the area have a reputation for excellent breakfasts so a little more variety would help here. Also, during the vast majority of our stay, the hot tub heat wasn't working. This was a bummer!

The staff was great and the hotel was nice. We would definitely consider staying here again. The rooms were tidy and clean, more than acceptable for the price we paid. The breakfast was good but not "great."

Location is right on the beach. Nice rooms, the breakfast is excellent, very good facility, The pool is small, but the hotel is relatively as well - but right across from the beach and lots of great restaurants around.

A little noise from road, but then 2nd last room at one end of hotel. The floor tiles in corridor, because you hear everyone's luggage on wheels.

A balcony at your room would be nice. I was also missing proper bread for brekky but that does not exist in Brasil (for Nordic taste!)

This is a great little hotel with lots of character! The interior has lots of artisan details and local vibe. Rooms are quite big with all the necessary details for a holiday. Bed is comfy and big. The location is absolutely fabulous right by a one lane street across the beach, and a short hop to MAG Shopping Center. Brekky is ok with plenty to choose from e.g. fresh fruits and omelets on request. I would highly recommend this hotel.
