The bed was hard as a rock with no mattress pad. Also, there were events at 530am on a Sunday that made it impossible to sleep.

Not convinced about the level of cleanliness of rooms. Had to deal with some booking issues which could not always be easily resolved giving language restriction. In fairness, the staff did resolve the issues I had but i would have thought that English/French/Italian are spoken in addition to Portuguese in a 5* hotel.

No guests allowed. i wanted to show my daughter n son-in law because they were thinking about staying there, but they wouldn’t even let them come to my room or walk on the property.

First of all, everything at hotel you do not need to go outside cafe, resultant, entertainment for kids .. it is opened to beach directly and very amazing location nature and modern together. There is bank next to hotel. Staff are polite, helpful I really like them .. thank you for such great stay and recommend for all families who looking for peaceful place to enjoy with their families

They gave us a room with a direct construction view- no partial ocean view that I booked at all! I paid extra for the view and got dirty and noisy construction instead of the ocean view! Disaster!

Breakfast was just ok, too many sweets, yet no fresh veggies,being in Brazil where lots of vegetables grow year round.

The bathroom needs renovation as well as the shower. There was a construction work just next to our room, so that was impossible to sleep in the morning. Additionally , after the checkout , we were informed that if we wanted to stay in the common areas of the hotel (our flight was late in the afternoon) we had to pay a fee. As the check in is at 15h and the check out at 11h, I think that showed a lack of consideration for the guests. it is common practice to allow guests to stay in the common areas of hotel in the checkout day

Breakfast is really good, the location is very good as well as the beach. the room was also nice.

Staff were very abrupt and unhelpful, had to struggle with bags out of our taxi as the bellboys stood chatting. Checked in and we were pointed in the general direction of the room. Bearing in mind there are 4 blocks each with 7 floors, it took us a while to find the room. Shower was faulty, they repaired this, surround sound speakers in the room good idea but had so much feedback on them we couldn’t use them.

Pool was nice, bed was comfy, place was clean.

1-the rooms were old and very much used and the bed awful ( pictures attached) 2-too much kids screaming everywhere ( reception, restaurant, corridors…) and the management is allowing them to do it which is a disrespect for the other clients. No relaxation at all 3-windows not isolated and rooms very noisy .

I felt disrespected in this hotel.i ordered for room service and after the food was delivered .the employee -girl who delivered the food came back and entered my room without my permission and started checking the friedge for all the food we consumed.took picture of the inside of the fridge and all the kitchen and dinner appliances that are on each cupboards as if she wanted to make sure that we will not take any with us.she did not explain to me or to my brother what she was doing though my brother speaks portuguese and i dont.this is a very bad experience for me eversince i have never experience this in all the 5 star hotels i have been around the world.i believe that it is customary to wait for the guest to check out before doing that inspection or check.moreover this is a 5 star hotel with a 3 star atmosphere and zero star attitude of employee.so that is why my review is poor.i talk to the manager on duty and told her what happen.i insisted that the employee apologized.

The location of the hotel, adjacent to the beach was great. The breakfast and other meal options were also very good. We don't speak portuguese so we were very happy to meet Remo during check-in who assisted us. Some of the other staff could also converse in english. Overall, this is very much a well-run large-ish family oriented resort.

Dated rooms / sofabed too small for 2 big kids. Sound proofing is non existent - very noisy with beds / furniture from other rooms. Musty smell by lifts. Nothing like the 5 star resort itd advertised as. Very disappointing
