Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The usual Ibis set up so you know what to expect. Great location in the first line close to beach, gym and pool. Breakfast was good.

PortugalHousekeepers should have more attention on replacing things like soap, shampoo and towels. Most of the days we stayed they only took care of making the bed.
It's a brand new hotel, so everything is very well maintained. Staff is super friendly. The breakfast has a good selection of typical food from the northeast.

United StatesWe booked the ocean view room. We got first floor, which most of the views were tree and the street. I was expecting a higher floor - which i could not choose at the check in. The room is very small, the place to put the luggage is terrible, there is no space to open it. When we arrived there were multiple cars parked at the entrance - we have to drop from the taxi at the street and bring the suitcases through the stairs to get to the lobby - no one to help.
