Clean, very attentive staff, internal path to the beach. The brakfast was awesome

The room Wi-Fi was public and had no password, so it wasn’t safe for sensitive work. I asked about it, and the staff let me use a conference room with secure Wi-Fi and a sea view :-))

Breakfast was nice and varied. The hotel is located very near the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The grounds in the hotel are not well maintained ie the ground and walls are dirty and not maintained. The pool area is not well maintained and there is a lot of debris on the floor. It is a pity as this property has a lot of potential. This hotel does not offer free access to chair and sunshade which its sister hotel does provide.

Rooms didn’t have good lighting, my bedrooms curtains weren’t properly installed

Beds were comfy. Room size is good. The pool was nice and warm and it is really close to the beach.

The air conditioner control is on the room, but you can't control it you have to call the reception who will call the maintenance to set the temperature you would like. Breakfast was good but not many options. Third bed was a foldable bed but they said they couldn't remove it.

Staff was amazing. Entire hotel was extremely clean. Beach was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Convenient parking under hotel. Great price for accommodations and location. Surf shop theme added character to this hotel.

the most terrible experience we had with hotels.

we forgot a pair of boots in the room and contacted hotel, the staff said they found it and ask us to give address, after we gave address, they never replied. we called the reception and e-mail for many times, they told they didn’t find the boots. I cannot believe how terrible they manage hotel and how terrible service they have. Now they even don’t reply any email or WhatsApp, it seems they lost our boots and don’t even feel sorry about that.

Excellent attention from the staff. Really helpful, collaborative, went out and above their duty to help you. Hospitality at it's best. Had a pool and direct connection to the beach (beautiful). Wonderful breakfast. Had water and coffee for free all day. Excellent wifii connection and an access to charge and use electronic equipment (notebooks and phones). Great a.c. (air conditioner). Perfect location. Again, the stuff were amazing, patient and helpful.

The toilet and the bathroom were in different rooms. And both were too small. The soap was all right for one shower a day, but the moisture and sand from the beach made two (or more) showers a day necessary, maybe would need more soap. Lighting was a little bit tame... but unfortunately, the days I spent there were too cloudy and rainy, quite rare, so in sunny conditions it could have been OK.
