Modern, pleasant and very well equipped Pousada. Nothing went wrong in any of the room or hotel equipment including internet which is working perfectly. The location is just the most convenient as you can get there as you can walk to the Lagoa center and leave your car in the safe parking hotel. Extremely convenient ! Was not my first time and will not be the last time for sure … my Home in Floripa is there !

Amazing hotel full of arts and beautiful decoration. The studio was comfortable, clean, modern, and perfect for my home office/holiday stay. I felt relaxed and safe. Moreover the location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beaches. Lastly, big thank you to the host who welcomed me for my (very last minute) check-in late at night and was lovely - as well as the cleaning lady! Breakfast was very good, at the coffee place nearby, which was totally my vibe! I will be back ❤️

The layout of the hotel is very artistic, I like some decorations. It seems that the owner pays great attention to details. Although the hotel is not big, the rooms are not small. What I like most is the bathroom, which has double sinks and also the hammock on the balcony is good. The reception also prepares towels for guests to use on the beach, and umbrellas and bicycles can be borrowed, which is very considerate.

An excellent choice for staying in Floripa! The pictures perfectly represent what you’ll get. The location is fantastic – everything you need is within walking distance, and it’s just a 25-minute drive to each beach!

Everything was perfect. Cesar is amazing - helpful, kind, and clearly loves the property. He’s always cleaning and improving it during the day. Bicycles are good (and free!), the roof is beautiful, and best of all the rooms are amazing! Great breeze from the balcony and powerful air conditioning also. The rooms are the same as the photos..they feel like home. I’ve traveled a lot to many countries and this is one of the very best places I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Cesar!

Difficult to say something negative ! Just an idea: may be a sun umbrella on the roof top to enjoy the terrace more often as the sun can be extremely strong there !

From the location to the modernity of the guest house ! Everything is nice, is working and in a very good conditions. And a really quiet place to enjoy the full resting night. You can even park your car inside the premise in full security! Walking distance for shopping and lot of places for drinks and eat.

We had a marvelous stay! Super nice owner/front staff, it was lovely to have a balcony with a hammock and a kitchenette, the place felt brand new. The coupons for breakfasts were a great bonus. Location was convenient to lots of restaurants by foot, and it was great to have a parking spot inside. We also took full advantage of the jacuzzi on the roof. 10/10 would stay again!

Wonderful Host/Owner. He has thought of every detail to create a wonderful stay/experience. Facilities are impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Easy and short walk to downtown. Access to bikes makes it a great way to explore the area. Breakfast is delicious with convenient hours.

The only thing I’d change is a more comfortable work area. Sturdy high chair seats would do this.

Excellent stay with plenty of space and amenities. I like that they have bikes but I couldn’t use. The location is perfect food and nightlife, and a short ride to the beaches. Love the safety and security of parking. Responsive host. Great vouchers for breakfast at one of two local places.

The apartment was perfect in every way.Everything was amazing! The bed was heavenly. The little kitchenette had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. And also a Nespresso coffee machine. Shower was great! Also location is very central, close to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. But best asset is Paula who takes care of the property! well done!!!
