Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The hotel and staff was lovely. Our room was so nice and spacious. The balcony was lovely too. It was clean and had everything we needed. The happy hour in the lounge was great didn't know about it till we arrived. We had a fantastic stay.

United StatesFirstly there were visible stains on the carpets and on the couch. Also housekeeping seemed to have rushed most days. At the point of check in we asked about late check out due to our late flight departure. The lady checking us in said not to worry there’s no additional cost, we said great and go to check in early. At checkout it was another story being told and asked to pay more. I explained the situation had to wait for a supervisor to be contacted and it was resolved. But besides that all was decent food the last night seemed rushed and wasn’t as good as before.

United KingdomThe TV in the room was old, no Netflix available on them. One of the items during breakfast was stale and very dry. The overall atmosphere wasn't great and the staff weren't the most welcoming or helpful, we received much better service in an alternative 4 star hotel
The room was great, beds were very comfortable and the pool bar was the best place for sunset. The shower had very good pressure as well.
