The pool was a bit cold and the location required a few taxis but other than that it was great.

The hotel and staff was lovely. Our room was so nice and spacious. The balcony was lovely too. It was clean and had everything we needed. The happy hour in the lounge was great didn't know about it till we arrived. We had a fantastic stay.

Had a sewage smell in our bathroom. They tried to do something about it, it was better after but not completely gone.

The shampoo container was empty, containers could be replaced. Pool located at the roof with nice view the pool itself is small kinda narrow but it's more of a business hotel so its ok.

Well designed hotel, clean rooms, great food and restaurant, the executive lounge had few soft drinks and fruit Great room service dining. Located just near the mall.

Breakfast was one of the worst I've had in Brazil (out of 10 hotels I've stayed so far in similar price range)

English stops at the reception no one speaks English apart from from reception team The garden area at the back was so unclean that you can not sit there to enjoy a coffee or a chat with the team

Breakfast was very good however the sofas and chairs has stain which makes it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the beautiful breakfast offered

Excellent hotel. We upgraded to a suite with a balcony as a treat. Fantastic service. The male house keeper who serviced our room on the 5th floor is outstanding. Assistance when we had a 1am emergency was fantastic

The hotel is located in the new town of Barra, in a safe and peaceful area. Although the breakfast area was very crowded, the food was delicious and varied. It's far from downtown, but it is no problem if you take a taxi.

Firstly there were visible stains on the carpets and on the couch. Also housekeeping seemed to have rushed most days. At the point of check in we asked about late check out due to our late flight departure. The lady checking us in said not to worry there’s no additional cost, we said great and go to check in early. At checkout it was another story being told and asked to pay more. I explained the situation had to wait for a supervisor to be contacted and it was resolved. But besides that all was decent food the last night seemed rushed and wasn’t as good as before.

Long queue at reception and time wasted. They need more receptionists. Breakfast area is really packed, unless you arrive really early.

Really clean. Nice overall layout. Very spacious and well kept. Pool area is beautiful with great view of Barra. Breakfast staff very helpful.

The kids club only worked for few days, no drinks at the room refrigerator, not a big deal but no flip flops or robes either. The hotel is more of a 4 stars I would say. However I would go back as overall we had a nice stay.

The TV in the room was old, no Netflix available on them. One of the items during breakfast was stale and very dry. The overall atmosphere wasn't great and the staff weren't the most welcoming or helpful, we received much better service in an alternative 4 star hotel

The room was great, beds were very comfortable and the pool bar was the best place for sunset. The shower had very good pressure as well.

The location is far from anything apart from the Olympic village, so do count on some 30-40 minutes' drive to get anywhere touristic.

Very good overall experience. The rooms are clean, the breakfast good and abundant and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
