Workspace in my room didn't have good task lighting, there were no electrical outlets near the desk. Hotel internet wifi was unreliable and weak in places.

The only thing that we were asked for was American style bubble bath, which was not available. Hardly something to complain about, with such a marvelous Hotel.

Everything was extremely clean and organized. The room was spacious with a balcony. The hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful. The decor and atmosphere was elegant and wonderful. The shower pressure was wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the hotel was amazing and had a very large variety of protein and fresh fruit.

While the room is spacious, it does not have a closet, just a small area with hangers. With a room this big, there could have been more storage space for clothes.

Great location about 10 minutes from the center, everything is within walking distance, the room was spacious and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is older than other hotels in the same price range, some blemishes on the bathroom, like moisture stains on door frames can give a bad impression even though the room was super clean.

Since my last stay 7 years ago, hotel prices per night have more than doubled. Also, breakfast became more simple; for example it used to have carpaccio and prosciutto and various assortments of cheeses such as blue cheese and parmesan.

The hotel is a beautiful French style of architecture. Sao Paulo architecture is mostly modernist and minimalist so its relaxing to stay in a classic style building that's pleasurable to the eyes. Also, friendly staff that speaks English.

I missed more staffing at the gym. I went to the swimming pool and I didn't find any towels at the time. The bar closed too early also.

Comfy room. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and piano player every day. A good gym also. It was close to my office and the staffing was really supportive.

English language skills of reception staff are a bit limited. This should not be the situation for an International 5* hotel. Check Out time needed approx. 20mins, what is far too long/much. a bit disappointing.....

The cleanliness of my bathroom was a little bit frustrating. The bathtub was not so clean as I wish.

But the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was not cooling the bedroom enough.
