Inconsistent housekeeping but I didn't really need it. Not enough sports tv channels.

The staff especially at Front Desk and Concierge. Everything else was fine. Nice view of the park and sunshine on the morning.

Our room was noisy as it was next to the elevator, which meant we woke up really early with staff going around. The shower didn't have much pressure.

I loved that the room was really large. I wanted a room for two people with single beds, and the receptionist went out of his way to give us a triple room in lack of a double, which was very kind. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a small fridge, which was very practical to keep water. Location was amazing as we were working at the Marina and could walk there every morning.

The front of the hotel and the area nearby is a bit dark at the night. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Pretty good staff, they accept storing your luggage before check-in and to receive delivery from friends in your name at the reception. The room was pretty good.

I spent a very comfortable 5 nights on vacation. An older style hotel but very clean and room cleaned and serviced daily. Nice buffet breakfast 6-10 am. On 7th floor there is a rooftop small swimming pool and a basic gym. Close to the Gloria metro station and a short walk to the beach across the two bridges over the main roads. A few good local restaurants just outside. Supermarket a 20 minute walk. It's very close (3km) to the Santos Dumont domestic airport but far (25km?) to the international airport.

the hotel and its interior are somewhat older, some staff are really nice and open-minded, others were just monosyllabic and distant, pool was not clean, frigobar was empty, less than zero points on a scale of 100 for the amenities, Gym was maybe a joke...

picturesque district with lots of greenery, many parks and statues and small squares, central but quiet location, many birds-even an arara-parrot was around, I was the only foreigner in tha whole Hotel, mainly brazilian Bus-tour-touristgroups there. they have a Sauna there, for those really frosty days in Rio...

The restaurant next door got me diarrhea.

I fell seriously on my second day. I could stay with them a few days longer. They arranged a taxi to the hospital. Got better eventually. Room is big. Breakfast is very good. Staff is nice, especially Davi and his colleague. Close to the subway.

The smell of the hall wasn't pleasant.. It needs a bit of painting and renovations.

The location is great, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly 100% The room is big and quiet. The breakfast was great, so many options.

Hôtel definitely needs some work done. The window in my bedroom didn't fully close and I was on the 1st floor so when people were smoking outside the hotel it would smell of cigarette smoke in my bedroom. You can also hear people in the bedrooms next to yours really well. I could hear my neighbour coughing, talking on the phone... It was really annoying. Needless to say my stay wasn't particularly pleasant and I was happy to go home after two nights there.
