The place is really good, the staff are exceptional. Drummond made the stay really pleasant with his due service and friendliness. I would recommend the place 10/10. Breakfast in the morning was great and if you'd ask Romero for an extra omelet or tapioca he will happily do so! Thank you guys. We had a great time there.

1. Wifi: I made it clear it was a working trip but the wifi connection was awful! The system I had to work on kept loading for hours. 2. One plug by the bed. It was an unpleasant surprise to find out that. If I wanted to charge my phone during the night, I had to plug off the air humidifier. 3. The shower could be better

The property is conveniently located in downtown Brasilia, close to restaurants, bars, shopping centers, tourist attractions, and the city park. Rooms are comfortable, well-illuminated, and quiet. Breakfast was varied, including gluten-free and sugar-free options. The staff is kind and helpful. It is entirely recommended for tourism or work travel, alone, in couples or families.

The room was quite dusty, so our slippers would always get dirty. This would become very awful whenever entering the bathroom, as the floor would get a little muddy. Still about the bathroom, it was smelling very bad, and I am not sure whether this was because the water drain besides the toilet was always open. In addition, the tiles in the bathroom were quite moldy, showing some lack of cleaning. The room had a humidifier, which is crucial in such a dry place as Brasilia. Nevertheless, when I went to refill the water tank, I noticed it was very dirty to the point of being disgusting. Even though I tried cleaning it, most of the dirt could not be removed, so I stopped using it. Finally, the most important, be careful with the price shown in your booking. I had to pay almost 200 euros more due to whatever fees they had there, so I will make a complain with booking.com.

The staff were very kind and supportive. We had some issues in the first day due to a mismatch between booking.com and the hotel system, so we were placed in a wrong room. Nevertheless, the manager promptly moved us to an appropriate room - after showing several rooms that would fit our reservation category. In addition, the food was great and the restaurant staff were super gentile with us. The food variety was good, with some basic food in the standard menu and others varying every day, such as cakes and sweets. The room had a big fridge, which helped us stocking water bottles and other things.

There isn't a space where you can actually meet with friends who are staying in the hotel, to chat or just to hang out.

The keys, of the magnetic card type, have to be re-magnetised quite frequently.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, even though the equipment for cooking is quite limited. The location is OK - the "setor hoteleiro" is not the most exciting in Brasilia but it is close to everything, and the hotel is newer than many of its competitors in the neighbourhood. There are two big shopping malls nearby (Conjunto Nacional and Brasilia Shopping). The price/quality ratio is quite good. Breakfast is good and affordable, even though a bit more variety would be welcome. The staff are generally speaking friendly and helpful.

There wasn't much to do around the hotel. No supermarkets either. The toilet paper was placed in a weird and inconvenient spot in the restroom.

The sheet slipped off the bed. As I was there at work I expected a comfortable table and chair and they were not. The toiletries were not good, they have only soap, shower cap and a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner.

The fact that it os a room not a bedroom os interesting for long staying. there is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a sink, a table, everything for you to prepare a quick meal. The shower is good.
