The hotel is in a great location in a nice area of town. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. They stored our bags before check in and after check out for free.

I was offered an early check in for 50% of the daily rate at 8.30 AM – it’s not their obligation, but in such situations many hotels would offer an available room for free. Although the location is fabulous, there is nevertheless a short but steep climb to Avenida Paulista, which was hard for me. The beakfast was very average, no vegetables. No gratis water bottle welcome, although possible to buy in the fridge. No supermarket in immediate vicinity. Wi-fi was interrupted several times. The room key was 2 times demagnetized.

The hotel location is excellent, almost a prime location. Only teo blocks from the central Avenida Paulista, literally 5 minute walk to the Sao Paolo’s iconic Museu de Arte de São Paulo (MASP), 15 minute walk to Reserva Cultural, the best cinema in the city. The room was large and clean, the elevator perfectly fast and available. Staff generally pleasant.

The hotel is very nice but there are areas that could benefit from improved maintenance and attention to detail. The pool area for example appears to be neglected, with the swimming pool itself not adequately cleaned or filtered, resulting in an uninviting experience. Additionally, while breakfast is acceptable, there is significant room for improvement, above all regarding the coffee, which is served exclusively from two automatic machines. Unfortunately, the quality is very poor and detracts from the overall breakfast experience. Upgrading the coffee offering would make a substantial difference.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The property has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh, modern feel throughout. The breakfast area is particularly lovely, bright, and welcoming, giving a good atmosphere to begin the day.

The hotel was undergoing rennovations when we were there - it wasn't an issue, but the reception desk did change sides of the lobby during our stay! There is a pool on the roof which we sat by once, but it did not look very clean and likely needs refurbishment, so we did not swim in it.

Great hotel in an amazing location, very close to the metro and Av. Paulista, along with lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was very good, in a bright open eating area with lots of tables.

Just a couple of isolated issues with Reception. On day 1 no one had instructions for, or knew how to work, the room safe and, on day 3, they issued a key card for our room to a new guest, who then entered our room! Most staff were great.

Great location a couple of blocks off Paulista Av. Good-sized, comfortable room with large bed. Great shower. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Restaurant also served good meals at reasonable cost

It is funny that they make scrambled eggs in powder... they don't use real eggs. Worst eggs that I ate in hotels in Brasil. Never saw earlier in hotels in Brasil. Eggs are not expensive in Brasil, it is a shame saving money on eggs? Of course when I asked if I can get fried eggs, they wanted to charge me extra..... l
