IsraelIt was impossible to get some vegetarian simple food in the evening, nor to ask for something like a vegetarian pizza to be sent to the hotel; this seems somehow peculiar to me in such a large city as Belem, while I have been able to order a vegetarian pizza in small places as Alter do Chao.
The location of this hotel is quite good, not far from some of the main attractions, but a little far from the Historical Center. The room was perfect for me, with excellent light to read in bed, a firm mattrass, a good modern bathroom. Both the common areas and the room were clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff was professional, kind and helpful.

United StatesMy only issue had to do with I booked the hotel knowing that I had work meetings. They were doing construction next-door so there was a jackhammer that created noise. If it hadn’t been for that, it would’ve been 100%

United Kingdom- It was in the middle of a reform when we stayed, which meant some ongoing work and activity. This occasionally impacted service as well, but is understandable. - Minor issue but the elevator card reader was terrible and you'd sometimes spend several minutes trying to make it work

Good midclass hotel to explore Belem. Centrally located in safe neighboorhood. Uber takes you anywhere for just about 3 USD. Clean and good beds. Good buffet breakfast. The ham and chees croissants are delicious!

CanadaThe power outlet by the desk in my room was not working. Had a clean towel that was old and clearly very used through the years, but was clean.
Staff was nice and attentive. Accommodated check in and check out times to fit my flight schedule. Helpful with suggestions and directions. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Nothing fancy, but excellent quality. Hotel location is in a good part of town, close to the historic centre, restaurant, bars and shops.

SurinameI was on my own and booked a double room but the room intended for 2 persons is very small especially during longer stays.
Wide variety of breakfast with one special dish each day. The front desk officers speak English and were very helpful for ordering food and arranging taxies. Location is fantastic with stores, restaurants, and shopping malls on walking distance. Would highly recommend.

NetherlandsThe room was tight, but this is common in Ibis hotel. One can walk just around the bed and there is only one office chair. Furthermore, it appeared that there is not a real bar or lounge area to meet with others outside breakfast time.
The hotel has a contemporary feeling. It also has a nice pool and gym area. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful compared to other Ibis hotels
