Great hotel in a very nice location. The room is in a good condition and the staff is very friendly. Excellent room service too! Breakfast is also very nice! We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended for Campo Grande!

The variation of food in the Restaurant could have more vegetarian options, but still it was very good.

Very friendly staff, did answer all questions and spoke english very well. The breakfast buffet was more than perfect, such a nice variation of really everything. Also the gym is well equipped and the rooms are really big.

Location was a little far from the airport. We were there overnight just for a transfer between Campo Grande and São Paulo both coming and going to the Pantanal. With traffic, it took a good 30 mins to get to the airport. However, the hotel was within walking distance to a large mall, so that was nice.

The breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of options including fruit, custom omelets, array of warm dishes, breads, and sweets. Beds were comfortable and room service was prompt. Check-in staff spoke English and were very knowledgeable.

The pool was small but okay for sunbathing.

It was the best breakfast I have had after several months visiting Brazil. Excellent food and great variety. The location of the hotel was near the city park and the huge Bioparque, full of many interesting fish from around the world.

Laundry service - no pricing transparency (and it was very expensive), plus they caused damage and didn't advise us - we had to argue for them to replace the damaged item once we discovered the damage.

The bathtub and swimming pool looked bigger in the pictures. I would expect free water, which is standard at public places in Brazil.

Great choice for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good breakfast (local specialities included). Although the hotel is not in the city centre it is very well located close to the famous park with capybaras.

There is really noting I did not like about the hotel.

I really liked the heated pool. Staff were incredible and we had a fantastic room service. I would absolutely love to go back in the future.

We arrived at the end of a cold snap and the cold air poured in from the lobby into the restaurant making the plates and utensils quite cold.

This hotel was selected since we had a days layover between flights from the US/Sao Paulo and the beginning of a photo safari in the southern Pantanal and its "prime" location near the beautiful Parque das Nacoes Indigenas. In the park we visited the Museum of Cultures Dom Bosco and the Biosphere Pantanal and walked back to the hotel (about 3/4 mile). It is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant, friendly staff and great rooms. Taxi fare from the airport was about $16 for the taxi.

It looks like the Mini bar is complimentary but it is actually not! I suggest the hotel should add a sign with costs.

Hard to tell, because the hotel really outperformed my expectations. The pool is rather small, but even so, it is very nice and cozy.

The hotel doesn't look of much when approaching by car, but it is very high standard once you get inside and staff is very helpful. The hotel is way above the standard of usual Brazilian business hotels. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had in a Brazilian hotel. I especially enjoyed the pool with a caipirinha while macaws fly in circles in the sky.
