Very friendly staff, did answer all questions and spoke english very well. The breakfast buffet was more than perfect, such a nice variation of really everything. Also the gym is well equipped and the rooms are really big.

United StatesLocation was a little far from the airport. We were there overnight just for a transfer between Campo Grande and São Paulo both coming and going to the Pantanal. With traffic, it took a good 30 mins to get to the airport. However, the hotel was within walking distance to a large mall, so that was nice.
The breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of options including fruit, custom omelets, array of warm dishes, breads, and sweets. Beds were comfortable and room service was prompt. Check-in staff spoke English and were very knowledgeable.

It was the best breakfast I have had after several months visiting Brazil. Excellent food and great variety. The location of the hotel was near the city park and the huge Bioparque, full of many interesting fish from around the world.

Great choice for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good breakfast (local specialities included). Although the hotel is not in the city centre it is very well located close to the famous park with capybaras.

United StatesWe arrived at the end of a cold snap and the cold air poured in from the lobby into the restaurant making the plates and utensils quite cold.
This hotel was selected since we had a days layover between flights from the US/Sao Paulo and the beginning of a photo safari in the southern Pantanal and its "prime" location near the beautiful Parque das Nacoes Indigenas. In the park we visited the Museum of Cultures Dom Bosco and the Biosphere Pantanal and walked back to the hotel (about 3/4 mile). It is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant, friendly staff and great rooms. Taxi fare from the airport was about $16 for the taxi.

DenmarkHard to tell, because the hotel really outperformed my expectations. The pool is rather small, but even so, it is very nice and cozy.
The hotel doesn't look of much when approaching by car, but it is very high standard once you get inside and staff is very helpful. The hotel is way above the standard of usual Brazilian business hotels. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had in a Brazilian hotel. I especially enjoyed the pool with a caipirinha while macaws fly in circles in the sky.
