The breakfast was supposed to be from 6.30 am, but we had to wait till 7.15 am for some eggs, other than that it was a good place for the money paid

Poor maintenance. The frigobar had some broken shelfs what made difficult to store things in it. Bathroom had a curtain that didn’t block all of the window and you could be seen from the streets below. The curtain had molded stains what was off putting.

Was clean, open with sunlight during all day. Close to the ocean, beautiful view. Good AC and the WiFi was great.

Staff were great! Comfy room with a beautiful view. Few Minor things wrong with the room, as the door wouldn't close properly and electricity went off a few times. None of this affected our stay though. Very nice rooftop pool also 👌

The bathroom was not very well cleaned, with ants everywhere, but the staff offered another room. The parking is free, but it is in a very steep hill down the hotel, it's good to keep this in mind.

The breakfast was very delicious and with many cake and fruit options. The coffee was very good. The location is pretty good, with a nice view of the bridge and very close to the center.

We had such an unpleasant experience at this location that we left one day earlier than expected and paid for. There was a water leakage in our bedroom right on top of our bed, we told the management about it and they said they were aware, however the hotel was fully booked and there wasn’t any other room for us. Didn’t offer any solutions to the problem, didn’t sent anyone to fix it, pretty much just told us we had to deal with it. The parking lot is extremely tight barely fits the guests cars, we had someone bump into our car. The breakfast that was offered had spoiled food/fruits. When it was time to do the check-out which was a whole day before the end of the booking, we asked if we would be able to get a refund for the day we didn’t spend there and due to the extremely unpleasant experience so we could at least use the money to find somewhere else to stay and their answer was that all they could do was leave that one day as a credit to be used in the next couple months, which were obviously not using it since we don’t live in the country.

Staff in particular Ricardo the manager . Also the fact that ants are all over in the cracks of walls and doors . There are lizards climbing in the walls inside the room , I have pictures for y'll. Don't waste your money here .The disgusting sewage smell in the bathroom and the rusted jacuzzi.

Nothing and I list why so someone else doesn't waste their money on this dump. 1. All the pictures you see are either 10 years old or photoshopped I have a lot of pictures Hopefully there is a way to upload them 2. The place is infested with bugs and ants in the rooms again I have pictures and videos to upload 3. Garbage all over the place ,have pictures as well 4.they sold us on the jacuzzi and let me tell you we never used it because of the rust and again I have a picture to upload 5. I have been travelling in Brazil for the past 3 weeks and this was the worse breakfast I had in a hotel that charges 484.00 rais per night 5.Ricardo the manager was horrendous he needs to go and I hope the owner reads this 6. Parking is almost impossible if you have an SUV. The sub basement is just so hard to get to unless you don't care about your car . 7. They have a skyline in the room or at least in one we were in and at 5 am we were up because the sun was shining in the room and there was nothing we could do to block it .
