Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We liked the territory of the pousada and the staff there. The waterfall was beautiful. Also the breakfast was good and we had fireplace inside the house.

The pousada is surrounded by **beautiful green areas**, which create a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The gardens are not only well-maintained but also quite inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning **waterfall** nearby. It added to the overall charm of the environment, offering a peaceful backdrop and a wonderful spot for photography. Overall, the natural setting is truly breathtaking

United KingdomThere were several window panels that were missing, and since there was a rather large and venomous spider on one of the windows, my family felt a little uncomfortable since it could easily have entered. Despite having space for many people, there weren't many plates or much cutlery, and it was lacking in pots and pans to cook with. Most of the dishes were dirty too.
Amazing area and beautiful grounds to walk around. A natural pool to take a dip, some mini caves, even a trampoline that my 2 y old son loved! We rented the Three-Bedroom House which was OK for 9 of us (6 adults, 3 children). The house has an orphanage feel to it, especially upstairs. That has some charm. It had a fireplace and they provide you with courtesy wood for one night (you can buy more if you wish) which we took advantage of as we went when it was cold. Breakfast was delicious, great coffee and plenty of selection. Lovely breakfast location too. You can walk down about 15 min to some shops, and walk up to some waterfalls. Brilliant location, amazing experience. Definitely try out the slide waterfall!
