Rooms need renovation. A/C is old and very loud. Parking system with valets makes you wait a lot to get your car. Breakfast is decent.

Room wasn't cleaned properly every day, air conditioner didn't have warm air so bedroom was cold, remote control for the air conditioning didn't work properly, no toaster in breakfast area, difficulty getting reception to sort things out. Noisy neighbours.Not enough hangers.

First day nobody came to clean the room. It was 4 pm and the room was as I had left it in the morning. I didn't appreciate having the cleaner organizing the room when I was there and needed to rest. Cigarette smell in the corridors due to guests smoking (even if not allowed) in their room.

Room was spacious and nice, even if simple and a bit old. The view was amazing! The shower was good. Breakfast was nice. Location was easy to get to and the fact that there are stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby is a plus. Parking was good and convenient. You have to leave the car keys with the hotel/parking staff.

The floods ( not anyone’s fault )

I arrived there in the midst of your flooding disaster, the hotel was assisting the locals and I felt bad too of occupied a room a family could have used. I had financial issues and more for ground travel to leave, everyone there was wonderful, kind, understanding ( love the Brazilian people and thank you for everything )

After the cleaning, our room was left without towels. We called the reception informing and they said they would bring towels. It was not delivered and we stayed without towels during the night and next morning.

A lot of the place was undergoing refurbishments, which it didn't specify on the listing. The common areas don't have A/Cs ! Imagine getting all dressed for a holiday party and leaving your room a long hallway where it feels like over 100 degrees and waiting for a very slow elevator...

I think that the image of the accommodation we picked from internet was a little different the one we had. Although the view up there was nice, furniture seems not kept in good condition. Cable TV package could be better. Above all, the internet could be stronger, it is essential nowadays. I was not able to work remotely due to instability of the internet in the room. I did not see recycling initiatives, so I suggest separation of at least metal and plastic from organic waste. I also would like to suggest the hotel and or the platform (Booking, in this case) send less e-mail messages asking the client to do the check-in online, giving suggestions or offering services not solicited. It is very annoying one message after another . Even days after my check out I was sent information s about my reservation (!). I understand those kind of messages are "automatic" but they can be adjusted. Thank you for your attention

Location is great, a nice neighborhood, groceries stores, pubs and shopping centers nearby. Nice parks not far away from the hotel. The staff is kind, I especially appreciated the kindness of the housemaids and personnel working in the kitchen. The breakfast buffet is sorted with fruits, cold platters, breads, a variety of beverages and other items.

The hotel needs some maintenance. The floor in the room and the carpet in the corridor need changing.

The lights in the room are great. Also, they have a reading light by the bed which is a plus. It is a quiet hotel and you can have a good rest.

Didn’t have access to parking lot from the hotel, have to go around up the ramp to get the car. The staff could de friendlier .
