The cafe manhã was excellent. We arrived early in the morning and hotel allowed us to check in early for a small fee and the staff were so helpful and attentive. The room was good basic and clean. Over all an excellent stay on leaving the receptionist was excellent and so helpful spoke very good english which helped and made us feel very welcome. She origansied our own travel to the station and unfortunately we did not get her name but when the extra mile. Thank you

the water of the swimming pool has a warm temperature and I prefer it to be cool. It is necessary that desktop computers with printer are offered, i.e., a Business Center or at least an Internet point

Dinner is excellent, with a wide variety of meals.... tea served at 5 PM is a nice gesture. Location is great, hotel personnel so kind, easy going and is always wanting to serve guests

A work colleague stayed there for the same period and got a better price in decolar.com. Booking let me down on this one. You are not doing your job properly and if it keeps like that you will lose a customer.

We had an extra charge that was not from our room. The staff was able to manage quickly but perhaps the management team could improve their billing system to avoid confusions.

Great location and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and kind. Some of the staff spoke English and it was very helpful to have that.

Only 1. I missed vegetables at breakfast....

I slept 9 nights in the hotel....i had big room with big mirror .with bath and wirpool..room was quiet. My .bed was very comfortable.and big ..i had trezor and full fridge..( price was good) .every day the cleaning service cleaned and changed towels and replenished hygiene items...pool was nice with small jacuzzi good for relax ..with bar where you can have drink and food too... was nice surprise for me evening....the singer played the guitar..very nice ❤️👌.. No so much personál speak english..but is always sombody which speak english and can help .. personál is really very good and friendly👍👌.. Breakfest was always fresh and constantly supplemented (.no problém.if you come 15 min beffore 10.00👍.).was diverse and tasty.. Close to the hotel is a lot restaurants.. nice shopping center..5 min walk....place is not dangerous... I felt very comfortable in the hotel and if I visit this place in the future, I will definitely stay here... Thank you for nice tíme..😊 Anna .

Equipment and finishing of the room could be newer. Feels too much humid inside the room.

Staff was awesome, room was very clean. Restaurant was great. There is soft live music at the swimming pool. Water in the pool is pleasantly warm.

The system of cleaning rooms was not clear - for three nights, we had no cleaning of our rooms. On the first day, we did not understand that we should press the specific button to have our room cleaned. On the second day, we left for 6h, came back, and the room still was not cleaned. On the third day, we just gave up because the next day we were leaving anyway.

Exceptional breakfast, swimming pool, evening tea for everyone, value for money - the place was perfect for visiting waterfalls and other sightseeing.
