Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesEverything’s pretty old and it shows. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was very small. Shower door had trouble staying closed. Toliet was not clean upon arrival. WiFi was very intermittent in the room and while steady in the lobby it was slow. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear people in neighboring rooms and in the hallway.
The breakfast had a good variety of options for just being a hotel continental breakfast. The staff readily replenished the food and cleaned the tables.

BrazilThe checkin process seemed to take a long time, although this is typical of brazilian hotels. But when I booked the hotel via booking and received an email from the hotel, this information could easily be used for the checkin.

United StatesAfter having my room cleaned by room service, I came back one night to find dozens of flying termites over the bed sheet and curtains. Not a deal breaker and probably bad timing of the cleaning person working with the windows opened.
No-frills experience. It's a humble and perfectly appropriated hotel for a business trip. The breakfast was sufficient reasonable in variety as Brazilian standards go. The staff is competent and room service (food, ironing shirts) are delivered with no delays.

United StatesThe room had a strange smell that i couldnt bear and i stayed out till 1 am and came to just sleep in the hotel and literally woke up and checked out. Sheets werent clean either. The hotel was packed and since it was raining and buildings around it are moldy the smell could be from that.
It was near a lot of shops and restaurants. Really good location. Staff super nice and friendly.
