Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RussiaThe hotel does not have information about the cost of a taxi. I paid 200 pesos from Guarulhos GRU Airport to the hotel for an official taxi. The price from the hotel to Congonhas CGH Airport is 30 pesos . This information may be useful for travelers without Uber.

BrazilThere were not forks and knives even the dinner being asked in the hotel. The staff team refused to send after finally had agreed that without them it´s important to eat. No water in the hotel, it´s unthinkable in a city as SP you haven´t this option in the hotel or inside the room. So it´s a nice hotel but with some topics comparable with a minor hotel. Water, forks and knives are items basics and anyone travel with them inside the luggage as the hotel thinks.

United StatesThe security of the hotel was banging on my door room at 5am to open him the door. Of course I didn’t open the door to him. I didn’t feel safe at all. Next morning I went to talked to the front of the hotel they didn’t do nothing about it. Def not staying there. I left the next morning. Check out.

BrazilHorrible reservation management by bpokong and by flat onwer (Ling Hotel). 1 day before the reservation date, Bookong informed me that credit card number must be uodated. So I did it. On same date of the reservation at 3pm, I hadnt yet checked in, and I get a very blind and badly introduced whatsapp message from flat owner called "Living Hotel" , asking for paymemt through a very suspitious link. The flat owner phone number never works for calls. The reservation clearly mentioned: deposit blocked on credit card and payment to be conducted at the reception desk. Its a shame that both Booking and flat owner "living hotel"operate in such amateur way, aslimg for payment by whatsapp 3pm same date of check-in. Its not first time that Booking awards me with such a poor experience, asking for non-sense payment blindly. Do not reccomend nor will use Bookimg again, its crap!

Staff are wonderful and go beyond their way to accommodate. But I did not have hot water for two days in a row in my room. Given that the hotel was full, there were no options.
