When you book via Booking it directs you to their page and then you have hundred steps to go trough to check in and check out. The room is very small and not so clean as in the picture. Very outdated room. The communication around the booking was to much.

In the welcome email, I was given an internet network that did not exist. I asked for help a couple of times and nobody answered or resolved. Basically, I had no internet access available to me in the room. The induction cook top did not work.

Everything I needed in a compact suite, right near the underground and transit station. The staff was good and 8 loved the baggage storage option.

The front door is access controlled with a door person. However, I don't speak Portuguese so getting them to let me in so I could prove to them that I am who I said I am was difficult. I had to get a local friend to come help me.

I got the key codes from their WhatsApp messages and only needed to show the message to the front door person when I arrived. It was pretty comfortable and quiet.

I didn't like the check-in process as there is no reception and you have to provide a photo of your passport and a selfie in advance and wait for confirmation. So booking spontaneously is not an option. Another point is that the blankets have not been clean, fresh blood stains are really a no-go for that price.

The room itself is actually quite cozy. The shower also worked pretty well.

One of the reception workers was quite rude but it was made up for by the kindness of the other employees. It would have been nice if there was an oven in the kitchen space but since we only had a short stay it was okay without

the property itself is lovely, it has a gym facility on the ground floor, great location with a few cute shops and supermarkets nearby and didn’t feel unsafe which são paulo is known for. The apartment itself is quite luxurious for the price and the bed was extremely comfortable

There are 2 very big constructions happening in the street, it's a bit noisy during the morning.

Location is incredible, close to a metro station in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Hosts were fast, with check in information coming through whatsapp. In the location the people working at the door were kind and helpful.

The room is on the small side but not an issue if you're just using it as a base.

Excellent value for money, in a great location. There was always a member of staff on duty - although you have to register and check in online before arrival. People are always on hand via WhatsApp in English if required.

I didn't like that there was a lot of hair on the floor of the room, around the bed and in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was loose and very small, it seemed like it was for a child... I already imagined all of this because other guests had already reported the same thing. But the WORST of all was the NOISE from the street and from a construction site right in front of the building, I was about to go somewhere else.

I liked the location, Vila Madalena is an incredible neighborhood, everything is close by, a new building.... The room is very small, smaller than it appears in the photos, but you don't need more than that, just to sleep.
