Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bathroom: towel holders Basin plug Beaker Restaurant: Long Breakfast table needs to be separated in to different items to prevent long queues of waiting whilst not requiring all the items available. Larger plates to prevent having to constantly queuing. Information: details of hotel etc; to be available in room.

United StatesInternet did not work. I spent 3 days there and was not able to connect, not in my room, not at the reception. One of the room I stayed the shower was extremely hot, cold water was not working. I extended my stay and the other room the water was the opposite, cold.
Affordable and not as bad as other cheaper options in downtown.

BrazilSeems like they are renovating the entire hotel, meaning that some rooms are new (as shown in the pictures) and some are old and lacking some maintenance. There was no hot water in the shower. They said that the hotel had a problem in the heater or something and they were fixing it, so maybe it was a one day issue. But I was not able to take a hot shower during my stay.
Hotel has a great breakfast and a nice rooftop with a pool and a great city view. I spent a long time there having breakfast and admiring the view. It's a huge building with a lot of potential. Staff was also supportive.
