Room was kind of claustrophobic,we know that was tiny when we proceed to booking,but we didn't expect that. Music in pool bar was way too loud! Lack of English language (except of the front desk lady, already mentioned)...

Close to airport and the falls, very beautiful and greenery environment, nice pool and pool bar facilities, fantastic breakfast,and very tasty coffee as well,the English speaking lady at the front desk (I don't remember her name),made out of her way to serve us and answered to all our questions!

People walking and talking outside the room can hear everything. Very low water pressure from the shower.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's close to Iguazu Falls, the main tourist place to visit and Parque das Aves. It's also close to the wax museum and shopping mall. The breakfast is good. The room is charming and cozy.

- we had a cockroach in our room - the walls are very thin and we woke up at night from the tv of the room next to us was very loud - there were a lot of Families with small Kids in the hotel which was a bit chaotic at the breakfast (just something to be aware of if you are looking for a quiet place to relax)

- nice Pool - very friendly and helpful staff - free Transfer from the airport (pickup) - breakfast buffet was very big and good - comfortable bed

Don’t expect luxury, but for the price everything exceeded expectations.

Magnificent location and unbeatable value for money. Dinner and breakfast were included and both were very good. The swimming pool was also great.

I had an issue with the restaurant where it took to long to prepare my dinner when it came was not what I ordered then they had to redo and the meat was so raw and they tried fish instead … I asked not fried grilled and they came up with a fried fish … so 3 orders and none was what I ordered . But this day the waiter was very professional and tried to give me other options

The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The distance to airport and Iguazu falls is only 15-20min.

The wifi was not stable and didn't work in the room. The drains left a pungent smell in the bathroom after an afternoon of rain. Walls are quite thin. One of the phone charge plugs was dirty, it was filled with a brown substance
