Lovely place for a stay in Ilha Grande. Less than 15min walk on the beach to Abraao, with all the places to go out for dinner, and yet the place feel very secluded and very quiet. Large rooms with a nice view over the sea. Great breakfast in the morning! And very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend!

Unfortunetly, we were expecting a private bathtub in total function, which was not the case. In the end, the bathtub was partially working, but for us not in a good way. We wish they could be more clear about it, when we booked the room.

The reception was amazing with a tasteful breakfast. The place has a sweet vibe, with their dog mascot always around, and staff supporting you in your activities. One very very good thing is that they have TEA TIME with pão de queijo, cakes, juices, tea and coffee. In our room there was a beautiful view right in front of the couch and table, which was very good for resting after beach. The place also has a pier where you can see the stars at night! The lunch and dinner was really good, with an impressive moqueca in a very huge portion! If we can, we would definetly go back there.

The staff that runs this ~10 room inn are incredible -- attentive, communicative, and friendly. You're a 5-10 min walk from the bustle of Abraao, but have this secluded oasis to call your home. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The private dock made all the difference -- for pick-ups for tours around the island to sunbathing.

It was perfect we wished we could’ve stayed longer

The rooms were comfortable with a mosquito net and large walk in shower. The chairs and table and hammock outside the room was also lovely. The breakfast in the morning was a lovely selection of fresh food with hot options cooked to order. Being picked up by the boat and taken to the pier was great fun but the village is also only a 10 minute walk along the beach. The ping pong, snooker, chess and kayak availability were lovely additions.

Such a beautiful place, a small paradise. Super friendly and helpful staff, wonderfull apartments with a sea view, and they have free canoes and kayaks, plus top massagists who are always there. We are vegans, and that extra request was handled perfectly by their amazing chef, who cooked us some of the best meals we have ever had. A week in paradise, we loved it so much.

It is a little rundown and the water from the deck is not as clear as it looks in pictures. The minibar in my room had old drinks - half drunk etc from past guests and the mosquito net over the bed had holes in it and because the window doesn't fully close i struggled to sleep. I also got sick from the aircon with a runny nose, cough and sore throat. It is a lot more expensive than most other places on the island.

Its a lovely pousada with lovely staff and a super comfortable bed! The pillows were sooo amazing. Breakfast was great and the laundry service was good. I liked the fruit and coffee and cake at 5pm too. The location is beautiful right next to a very cool little beach praia julia. The hotel collects guests from the pier in abraao which is a very nice generous touch too. The views are amazing I recommend watching the sunrise from this inn.

not sure. we really liked the place and the staff.

The hotel room was spacious, the staff was wonderful. They helped us with everything we asked for and they offered us great service. Specifically, the hotel contacted us before arrival and offered to pick us up from the dock and bring us to the hotel by boat, which was great. Breakfast was excellent. Every day we got fresh fruits and juices; omelets cheese and freshly baked bread.

It would be great to offer filter water for all day guest use (e.g. to refill water bottles). This is much more eco friendly than buying plastic bottles.

A beautiful place. We saw a stingray on arrival and loved the seaside views and surrounding nature. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Walk along the to the main area is fine at night but there is a part which has no lighting and could be supplied with a torch in the room as it was rocky in the dark.

Staff collected us in a boat from the pier which was great. Overall we loved our stay - beautiful location and great to swim right off the pier. We used the kayaks which was fun. Breakfast great - lovely fresh omelettes and fruit and coffee as well as cakes and toast! We had a sea view room with a balcony and a hammock which was nice. Bed was comfortable and air con good.

everything was great

an excellent stay. beautiful place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Great location, the rooms and the common space have a unique well thought design. The design is seamless with the surrounding environment. it is close to the main village to go by foot but at the same time far enough to offer isolation from the crowds. Loved every minute of us being there. we also did a massage with Kevin and he was amazing!

A true hidden gem 💎 Verny nice owner who personally welcomed us and explained everything. the staff was vwry attentive and helpful, and the lunch / dinner meals were extraordinarily delicious and the price was very low for the quality and service received. The breakfast can be enjoyed with a calm sea / beach view and offers everything you need!

Outstanding service, Ana, Priscilla and the staff were always very helpful with any of our questions or needs. Breakfast and location were amazing. They even had a boat that would take you to the pier upon arrival. Option of having massage by the water was a big plus. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast. We were offered fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee, tea, cakes and a choice of eggs, omelette or tapioca. And sat out on the veranda with a wonderful view of the sea.
