We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe air conditioning was very weak (the room was never actually cold, regardless of how long you left it on for or which temperature you set). The sound isolation between the rooms and the corridor was virtually non-existent. The shower was leaking and had low water pressure. On our last day, there was a huge influx of athletes in town for a competition, and the staff in general seemed spread thin (cleaners didn't make it to our room, cutlery and china were constantly missing at breakfast because they were being washed). Overall, I expected more for the price.
Offerings at breakfast were varied, the location is peaceful (as promised), and it was cleaned well. The best part were the staff: all very attentive and polite.

NetherlandsThe check in was way too long and confusing. The room, although spacious, does not have a nice finishing. It seems all was kind of built from poor quality material, badly painted in the areas around the window and it was not acoustically isolated. I could hear other room’s televisions easily through the walls and had to sleep with an earplug. The bathroom felt more like a 3 star hotel with some things being poorly finished, a small toilet seat, some things missing and worn down. The hotel is not located in an area with a nice beach area so, if you are going for the “beach atmosphere” this is not your location.
The breakfast is really good. The staff (luggage carrier, cleaning, etc) is really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. The room service is quick and the food is plentiful.
