A few of the equipment stuff was not working properly, e.g the safe, the hotel cards, Also there was no tea pot provided in the room

- The furniture at the room is ok but in need of renovation (20+ years?) - The card to enter one of the rooms lost its function every time we left the room. System also needs a renovation. - Parking is now paid to the paid guests. It could not be.

Good clean air conditioned room. Good Breakfast Swimming Pool, Gym and Sauna all good and included in rate. Free transport and ferry across lagoon to beach also included.

Bland breakfast, little variety The room could have been better cleaned, specially the floor. And we found quite a few roaches during nighttime, thankfully none inside the room.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good value for money, the pool needs to be fixed as there are some tiles missing and my mother said she got a small cut at her foot from the bottom of the pool. The shuttle services are really helpful.

It's not directly on the beach or even within walking distance which was a little disappointing. I also thought there would be more night life within the local neighborhood but there was not. We ended up taking a long Uber ride to just about everything. They do offer a shuttle of some sort, but we were told it was not available when we arrived. It's a 40-minute drive to most of the popular things in Rio. Traffic is bananas!

Overall, it was a nice and quiet place to stay off the beaten path. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the amenities were nice. Pool and Gym were both very nice and we used both. Breakfast was pretty good and a step above the continental breakfast that some hotels offer. It's a very safe neighborhood with two shopping malls within walking distance. The housekeeping staff was wonderful.

Hotel located 45 to 1h from Rio most attractions. The pool is shared with others hotel and residence , you have to go outside and cross the street actually is inside a sport complex. Pool is not for small kids who cannot swim ! No kids area. The pool was closed one day the all day for maintenance , we just hadden 3 days there so we went only one day. Be carefull with the exchange rate from the hotel . It was a 60 $ difference between booking and the hotel.

The staff really nice and helpfull The size of the room. The white sand beach is amazing , you have to take a bus transfer to the boat , then the boat bring you to the the beach side.

While the bathroom was clean, there is room for improvement in its maintenance. Additionally, the Wi-Fi experienced occasional slowdowns, particularly during the evening hours. It's worth noting that the hotel is situated at a relatively greater distance from other accommodations in Barra da Tijuca.

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast and shower facilities were of high quality, and the room itself was notably spacious.

The furniture in the reception area is old and dirty, the bathroom had mildew and the YV was very small for the distance we stay because of the position of the bed

The rooms were comfortable and nice, love the deck and the breakfast was ok.Aldo nearby to everything and walking distance to the Vogue mall which has lots of restaurants and cafes.

My room was spacious with a beautiful view, the bed was cozy, and breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of options. The location was perfect, the pool nearby was a great bonus, and the staff was super friendly—with a few even speaking English. Highly recommend!
