I hated that they give you water in those little plastic cups, it's such a waste. There HAS to be a more efficient and ecofriendly way to it. I also felt that our shower space was not very clean as there were hairs inside (not ours).

The food and meal options are SO many it's overwhelming.... but everything we ate was very good. The beds had these little pillows which also made it very compfy. I liked that they will lend you baby wagons and baby stuff such as bath tubs to make mom's life easier.

Great location and easy access to other cities. Avoids congestion of Sao Paulo. Near by Atabaia has good bars and restaraunts. Hotel facilities are good and pool areas great if you are lucky to have time to try it.

The marketing materials definitely undersold the value of our stay. We were unsure if we wanted to travel abroad to visit this property and I’m really glad we did, but it wasn’t due to their website or marketing materials.

The food was incredible, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I also loved how many small children were at the property. We travelled with our toddlers and the staff did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable. I felt really safe at the property, even while at one the pools. Speaking of pools, the children’s pool is incredible. Our toddlers had so much fun going down the mini slides they didn’t want to leave.

A large hotel (which can accommodate 4000 people) that frequently has business conventions. At weekends normally just families.

Excellent resort type of hotel for families with young children. Good buffet restaurant - rates are normally high but are all inclusive. Has two pool areas - with a huge child friendly family pool and a decent adult pool too.

My room on the eighth floor was extremely noisy. The noise from the highway nearby and the air conditioning outside made it impossible to sleep peacefully. The mattresses were not comfortable. To top it off, the hotel was unable to provide bathrobes. Not worthy of a "5 star" hotel. The gym was noisy, like a suburban nightclub.

The positive points were the attentive staff and the varied food.

here at booking.com, the ad shows as all-inclusive, but only basic meals were included. Not entertaining for my kids both below 3 years old, so be aware that you don't have much to do if you have a young child. My experience was certainly frustrating and seemed to be a decadent resort, not an excellent first-time resort experience to anyone.

Amazing crew, very pleasant to be received there, a pretty big infrastructure and glamorous air. Have several entertainment options, you can enjoy in several ways.

It was ever incredibly I’m my whole life.
