The sea was dirty (oil stains and debries), maybe due to the rainy wetaher and the bay location.

Location - on the beach. The beach can only be accessed by boat or walking a trail. Facilities - We changed our room from bungalow to familiy, since we were 4. The place offers SUPs and kayaks for free use Food - very good food and bar. Fantastic breakfast. The staff - super friendly and helpfull. The owners live on the site and are very welcoming and warm people.

The room was not comfortable at all. The pillows were hard and the sheets did not fit the mattress properly. The mattress could also have been better. We found mold at the shower walls. For the price we paid i expect better room conditions for proper rest!

The location was amazing, good place to disconnect and relax. The food was really good and the staff was also really nice!

This was the most beautiful beach on the island, with perfect access to Abraao and everything you could want available to you. The staff (Isabelle and Marcell) were world class, polite and so helpful. We had the most wonderful food and drinks on the beach, and made use of the snorkels, paddle boards and canoes. They will help you book private excursions, make sure you get back to the resto from wherever you go and honestly took amazing care of us.

Not something the staff can control, but mentioning it as a warning to those afraid of spiders - there are plenty of them on this side of the island, and on the premises (on the way to the rooms or near the restaurant bathroom). Also, you are staying in the middle of a jungle so internet service is not always reliable.

As lovely as in the photos and the atmosphere is very special - you are truly staying in the jungle in a quiet (and relatively secluded) bay. The restaurant has delicious options (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and great cocktails. You can enjoy time at the beach or hike to the town, Abraão, - they had also regular boats to it, and outside of that service they helped us organise a later boat very easily. The team is so friendly and helpful that you truly feel they want you to enjoy your time on the island.

Is a bit expensive to get to Abraão by boat.

The location is magical. Is a very pretty beach eitn and amazing view and the facilities are good. We used sub boards, snorcle equipment and sand toys. The breakfast is delicious.

We are a group of six girls travelling together from the UK and we had the most amazing and magical time at Bonito Paraiso. Great cocktails and very good fresh food at the restaurant and the included breakfast had lots of options and fresh eggs/ crepes cooked to order too. Lovely treehouse rooms that they cleaned so nicely everyday with very comfortable beds and mosquito nets. The owner and all the staff went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs and helped to organise our transfers door to door from the airport and also an amazing super sol full day boat tour with Instagram: sanpaulinhosupersol. They also had regular boats to the town, Abraão and helped us to organise a later boat one of the nights to party. 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone considering this hotel. A true paradise.

~ Location & Beach: Just perfect. So much so, that I stayed at the beach on our doorstep every day of my stay. I walked the 30 mins in town and passed through a few beaches but this was by far the nicest. ~ Room: Bed was incredibly comfortable! ~ Food & Drinks: I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel on several occasions and all were great. Afternoon Tea was a nice touch with a variety of cakes, biscuits, teas and coffees available.

Nothing special comes to mind. Just as an information to other travelers, rooms at the beachfront house is easily accessible without many stairs. When staying in the forest house there are quite many stairs to climb.

Wonderful pousada located in a tranquil bay with its own beach. Humble, clean and great food, especially the afternoon tea/coffee. Bonito Paraiso is a calm place, perfect for families and couples alike. We especially appreciated the wonderful staff and the overall vibe.

Although we will probably come back, the price is on the high end.

The location of this pousada and the atmosphere, with all its details and care stood out. It was also much appreciated that we could use SUP's and kayaks as we were not so lucky with the weather. On grey, drizzly days, you can still kayak, so this was excellent. The breakfast and complimentary tea at 17.00 with delicious cakes was much appreciated. We also stayed for dinner in the evening which was superb. As we are a family of five, we really struggle to find family rooms in Brazil. We usually have to book two rooms. This pousada has a room that can host us all, which is very much appreciated!

It’s the best accommodation of Paraty! It’s a sublime property on a private beach. 10 minutes from Abrao. Very good cuisine. Good cocktails. I come for many years in Ilha Grande, trust me Bonito Paraiso is unbeatable. Staff is very friendly. And the Argentinian owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. Do not hesitate a second

The place is located in a tropical cove with a private beach. The restaurant is outstanding and you can spend all day sipping Caipirinhas on the beach and using the hotel equipment (which is included) like Kayaks and Paddle boards. The staff are super friendly and the included breakfast was great with different varieties of Crepes made fresh for you.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable, the guest's bathroom on the first floor was extremely smelly and the food was too pricy for its quality.

It took us a couple of trips to get used to the complimentary water taxi, in terms of location and timings, perhaps a Bonito logo on the side might help guests spot the boat in the dark!

We had the most wonderful stay at Bonito Paraiso, everything about it exceeded our expectations. We were made to feel completely at home from the moment we arrived until it was unfortunately time to leave. The location is stunning, located on a semi-private beach around the bay from Abraão, with a dedicated water taxi available for guest use. The house and rooms are beautifully finished, creating a high-end, yet relaxed vibe you'd expect from a luxury beachfront property. The food and drinks were delicious, amongst the best we experienced in Brazil, well worth staying in for the evening. The staff were all fantastic, making sure we always had a Caipirinha in hand and helping us get the kayaks and paddle boards into the sea! They are a real credit to the owners and just another reason why you should choose Bonito!
