Very good location, safe and close to many restaurants, stores, and the city's bus terminal. Room is quite and clean, breakfast is good, staff is nice, and Wifi works fine.

Maintenance in bathroom needed Kettle or teamaker in room would have been useful - but they did provide hot water on request at no cost in restaurant

Good location, close to shops, restaurants and bus station. lots of halal restaurants closeby local bus to Iguazu falls is 5 min walk away and runs every half hour (5000/person/way) Room is large, clean and well furnished Reasonable breakfast variety however many of the foods did not seem fresh

The check in took so long. When we booked online, Booking.com confirmed it is charged on my cc, but the hotel still asked for the payment.

Location. It’s close to restaurants, money changers, and the bus station. The jacuzzi is outdoor but quiet.

Our window looked out onto a wall. Swimming pools/jacuzzis could do with a clean.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Staff were helpful although we struggled to communicate at times due to our lack of Portuguese. Great value for money.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant, but what really stood out was the excellent service from Anglea at the front desk. When our luggage was lost by the airline, she went out of her way to help us, trying to reach both the airline and the delivery service while also giving us useful tips. Despite the stressful situation, she made sure we felt well taken care of. A particularly nice gesture was the small birthday surprise she arranged through room service—it was a thoughtful touch that put a smile on our faces. Big thanks to Anglea for her kindness and great support during our stay!

Thought this hotel was really nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Fantastic price for 2 nights. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast - huge choice of food. The location was perfect. Busy and felt safe. We did the Brazilian side of the falls and then went to see the Parque Das Aves (bird sanctuary) which was definitely worth a visit.

It was our anniversary 22 years. We had towel animals two interlocked swans like a heart and chocolate cake and wine on arrival which was amazing and beautifully done. The pool and jacuzzi facilities were fantastic and clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good.

Close to the bus station, breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and they store our luggage while we enjoyed our time at the National Park.
