Bathroom is uncomfortably small, specifically for the size of the (big) rooms. Location is a little remote.

Great facilities and very friendly staff. Good value. Close to airport and shopping spots, by car. Metro station is a 20mins walk.

It is far from the center of Brasilia. If you are going to do tourism, it may take a while to get to the hotel.

I liked the infra structure, the staff and the restaurant. Breakfast was good. I didn´t use, but the swiming pools were nice. The gym was ok and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the Partk Shopping. Good option to be close to the airport.

Everything top. Only the water in the 25 Meter Pool could be a bit colder for sportive swimming.

The small bathrooms

This was our second time staying at Hotel Jade. Location: The hotel is in a great location, close to excellent shopping malls. Dining: The hotel restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and also features a high-quality steakhouse for lunch and dinner. Pool Area: The pool area is well-designed and meticulously maintained. The largest pool is heated, and everything was always clean and ready for use. Service: The staff, including reception, maintenance, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Rooms & Comfort: The beds are large and comfortable. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the rooms we stayed in were well-equipped with a privileged view. However, the bathrooms were quite small and had limited ventilation, which could be improved. Overall Experience: Despite the small bathrooms, Hotel Jade offers outstanding quality for those looking for a great place to stay in Brasília.

This was easily one of the best places we stayed during our time in Brazil. The bungalow pool side room was stunning and well-equipped. It had plenty of space, and just out the sliding back door we were right in the pool. Pool-side service was excellent. We even enjoyed the onsite restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I was very impressed with the offerings, and the risotto was one of the best I tried during our trip. And the caiparinhas were absolutely delicious! We are already looking forward to our next trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Only downside was that the large pool was closed for cleaning and we couldn’t use it at all during our stay.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Jade Hotel Brasília, I must express some feedback regarding the breakfast options. Although the overall experience was pleasant, I found the diversity of food to be somewhat lacking compared to the standard I anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I believe that providing at least one complimentary bottle of water per day would greatly enhance the guest experience. This is a customary amenity in many hotels of similar quality and would be a valuable addition to the services offered at the Jade Hotel Brasília. I hope you find this feedback constructive and consider implementing these suggestions to further elevate the guest experience.

The hotel is located in an industrial area close to the freeway. We were told by the receptionist that it's NOT safe to run in the neighborhood. The hotel gave us a double room with 2 single beds, although our reservation is for 3 adults and we checked in as such. The receptionist spoke very limited English, or any other language than Portuguese. The gym, although nice, is quite a walk from the room area.

Breakfast is the best we had in Brazil, with made to order omelets. Parking is included. Gym is one of the better ones we have seen all over Brazil.
