How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The staff at reception, extremely rude. Fernanda was lovely, but the other lady was not sociable, was unfriendly, and did not know how to work with people.

Comfortable spacious rooms, lovely bathrooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Accommodated me with a late check out. Breakfast was great too, as were the available restaurants.

free weights could be better in the gym
amazing staff, even at 3am when i checked in. breakfast was always fresh, lots of fruit, great selection of cakes. they have a foid hall if you dont feel like cooking/searching for food. they even have a convenience store on the top floor to buy essentials. great location too. quiet also

Pool maintenaince can be improved
Great room, the hotel has a mor of ammenities like a shared kitchen, gym, sauna, 24h convenience store and a pool.

Everything is Digital , that means that my payment was done using an website sent by a link . It is very good process . However for international cards like mine , it did not worked at first time , because my bank thought it was a fraude. I would suggest having a portable machine which accepts cards and could avoid this blocking payments . Luckily I was able to unlock my card and try again . But was not pleasant for someone who arrive from a flight.
Friendly place where the receptionists were really nice and professional . I remember two boys ( one did my check in) and two girls ( Cris was very polite and with clear communication regarding any question I had. I would definitely return to Bewiki. Finally the breakfast served was amazing including the staff.

At reception, I could not manage with English. Luckily there is Google translate. It is not possible to pay in cash or credit card directly, but through a link or through Booking.com.
Location, clean, a few restaurants downstairs, and since I was travelling alone this was very convenient.

All was good just I could not find an international Plugs for my laptop.
The location was great, the staff was cool. The rooms were extremely clean and nice. The technology was great. We enjoyed our time there.

Check in could be easier and payment could be accepted without an online registration. Be prepared for a face scanning for access to the elevator etc.
Perfectly located right in the city center. There are gym, swimming pool and even a place to read.

only one recepcionist usually, meaning if a lot of people check in at the same time u will wait quite a bit. lots of stuff missing at the gym. no signs as a mean to warn staff if you want your room cleaned or not meant being woken after partying.
Bunch of charming restaurants at the hotel which runs offices and coworkings, lively atmosphere. close to centro nightlife, can even walk to go out at night. reasnably priced 24/7 self convenience stores with wide selection. Looks really cool tbh

Really out of the way from everything, nowhere near nice beaches. An hour's car journey there. Don't be fooled by the pool it's tiny and has never been clean. Is not a hotel but more of a university accommodation building with offices. Only stay if you don't wanna leave the place and work in an office!!

I had messaged them before arriving that I would like suggestions about how to see the island, but they had nothing. I figured it out on my own but would have liked some help. It's a techie place, and when you enter the room, there is a placard that suggests if you want to know more about the room to scan the bar code. I did this, but that just took me to a place to sign up for an app. I didn't want an app just to learn more about the room. Breakfast was OK, not great. I usually arrive when they open, and although there were many workers there, the coffee and items were not out on the tables when the door opened.
Location was good. I especially appreciated the great lighting in the room.
