great family friendly hotel, location is hard to beat, just in front of the beach, and pleasant walk to the nearby restaurants. Breakfast were great, with big choice. We also had dinners included, which we liked very much, every day we had a chance to try different local dishes, the choice was great as well.

Ideal location right on the beach ..we stayed in a deluxe room with added rooftop balcony and added hot tub .the views from there are beautiful. The main balcony also had a hammock which was a lovely touch The ice cream place just outside is great value for money.

The staff should be a little bit more attentive. Just little details, remote control from my bedroom tv did not have batteries and the lights from living room not working properly. We complained and no one came to fix it.

The location is excellent and very nice breakfast. Nice pool area and beautiful views from our patio.

This is a nice hotel at the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite that overlooked the pool and the beach which was nice. The property and room was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The two main elevators are slow and not in sync with each other. The charge for tea and instant coffee that you prepare yourself in the hotel room - in general worldwide, these are included in the room price. The pool is relatively small but it looked much bigger on advertising photos (congratulations to the photographer for using the right lens and right angle for the pool to look bigger), but still big enough for a small dip. But these are more like remarks and not real complaints.

Excellent location, practically on the beach and almost at the end of a one-way street with shops and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, everything seems to be well-maintained in general. Good breakfast with a variety of selection, and excellent dinner (a lot of choice, but not too much choice, and every day a different food theme). The staff was very friendly and polite, had no problems whatsoever. Pool with a in-pool bar for relaxing even after sunset.

nothing disappointed me in this hotel

The kindness of the staff is something that outstanding, they are very helpful and ready to overcome any situation. Room was clean, well organized with lot of space to store my belongs. Breakfast was good with many options of fruits, juice, breads and regional food such as tapioca Private parking space with no extra charge, luggage store with no extra charge Location is very good and i felt safety seen many police officers nearby the hotel during day and night. Keys were not working but it got fixed.

Wonderful view and good location. Jacuzzi was great. My daughters enjoyed it. It could use a little painting and be a little bigger but it was great anyways. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful.

There were no major items that we didn’t like. Some hangers for swim suits and beach towels on the balcony would be nice to have. It would also be nice if they have a good commercial grade espresso machine, as the espresso takes a really long time.

Great location right in front of beach, quiet at night with minimal traffic in front. Located in a Ponta Negra Beach area sheltered from the wind by the Morro do Careca (big dune). Many options for water sports, like boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding etc. Nice pool bar area in hotel Good food, late night room service available. Located close to many good restaurants Staff was very polite and flexible in cleaning our room around our schedule. Great overall experience for a family vacation.
