I needed to stay in Sao Caetano so the location was excellent for me. The amenities fantastic and for the price, the hotel was exactly what me and my family needed.

United KingdomThe first room we booked was a studio and on the website the pictures are very deceiving as the room looked much bigger, but when we got in there we were immediately overwhelmed with how small it was. As soon as we arrived we asked to upgrade to a suit as we could not have stayed in the studio for 1 night let alone 7 nights. There was not even room to put a suitcase down. We were really unhappy and dissatisfied that the pool was closed whilst we were there, the only reason we booked this particular hotel was because of the pool and us wanting to use it everyday. We feel we should have been told in an email or the website should have advised of the closure. We feel we should have been offered a discount or at least got our upgrade of our room as complimentary due to the inconvenience of no pool.
The location was not as we thought and was quite a long way from everything. The breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful and always had a smile. The lady receptionist who checked us in was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Also as my partner is Brazilian and I am English with very little use of the Portuguese language it was great that this lady spoke excellent English.

United States- room smelled like urine, had mold in several places and the floor was so dirty that our feet’s were black at the bottom. - changed rooms and the guy at the front desk gave me a key to the wrong room. I opened the door and a man was inside the room. then I got the right key… - I ordered a coffee at the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to receive it. A SIMPLE COFFEE. - needs renovation immediately - a couple girls at the front desk need training to be more welcome. I felt pretty bad trying to solve a few problems with them. I speak Portuguese, so it would be easier to talk to them, until we got to the point that I was tired of speaking to them and receiving bad looks that I had my English-only speaker husband to talk to them to see if they could treat him better or try to actually solve the issues.
