“We had a lovely welcome with drinks being served. There was a survey after the first day and the one small thing raised was addressed the same day. The facilities are better than the photos (suggest to retake them to match the reality!), lovely pools, hammocks, green space and games space and beautiful decor throughout. Great to have massage on site and lovely beach just across the road. Lovely breakfast with different options every day and other meals available to order throughout the day. Good tourist service to other locations. Great room service with daily biscuits on the bed, high quality toiletries and gift bag when leaving. All these little details made the difference. Highly recommended.”
