Restaurant for breakfast or dinner expensive, bar expensive - so definitely better to hire a car and cook for yourself if staying a few days.

Spectacular location and facilities. snorkelling good just off the resort, plus a pier for jumping in the sea. Great atmosphere in the bar when live music on (Tuesday). car hire easy from reception, definitely recommended for exploring the island and shopping for food and drink.

Room not available at check in time. No mention that all plugs were European. Front desk and restaurant Staff seemed disorganized. Key card stopped working after one day. Keys literally fall apart if they get wet. Parking was lacking in hotel lot . Poor internet So glad we cancelled our first week there where we had booked a 2 bed apt. My daughter had to work remotely and it would have been a disaster. Reviews correct about the internet.

Minor issues: there was a power outage for several hours when we 1st arrived, there were no hot tubs at the resort, the housekeepers were unusually unfriendly, and the apartment could have had a little more lighting at night. But these were quibbles; we would love to return.

I am a little concerned about spilling the beans on this gorgeous property but it was huge and well-manicured w/ 2 big pools, multiple restaurants and bars, and a pretty (if rocky) beach w/ a long pier from which one could swim, snorkel, or SCUBA (as the reef was close like most of western Bonaire). We did SCUBA certification w/ Dive Friends Bonaire (which has 2 dives shops on the property) right at the resort (the pool portion at least), enjoyed the massive gym (the biggest on Bonaire?), and appreciated our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment w/ an ample kitchen and balcony plus fine views. The front desk staff were also very professional and the overall hotel price was remarkably affordable (much appreciated after we paid the high airfare to get there).

Service staff were very kind except one particular blonde staff member was quite rude , not sure why ? Deliberately ignored us when trying to order food for over half an hour and catered to Dutch citizens primarily . Almost embarassingly obnoxious . Otherwise , other service staff were amazing .

The food and drinks are very expensive - even compared to the rest of the island. I reserved a table for breakfast at their Brass Boer restaurant and was really disappointed with the food and the service - very condescending and slow. There are better restaurants in town.

The mirror over the sink in the bathroom is hung too high and is hard to reach. Also, we prefer more natural food and the bread in the breakfast was not great. Lack of sand on the beach. The stairs on the deck were covered with corals beneath the water, and they should have been cleaned and scraped. A wave knocked me over, and I accidentally touched something on the stairs, causing an inflammation. Unfortunately, it persisted throughout my entire stay, as it happened on the first day. The staff at the office were friendly and offered to arrange a doctor's visit, but they couldn’t provide any treatment or medication for it. I believe it's a common issue, and they should have something like this natural "Castor oil" available, similar to this one: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=castrol+oil for such an accident, which helped me a lot, but unfortunately, I could try it after I returned home.

My only complaint would be that we had a villa with a pool in the backyard and they had someone doing the hedge work during the afternoon so we could not use the pool for one of the afternoons, it was only a minor inconvenience as we just went to the beach, but we thought it was a hard choice to have it done while the unit was occupied.

The properly is beautifully located and impeccably maintained. Everyone there had a smile on their face at all times the staff member were all incredible. We cannot wait to come back. This was our first time on Bonaire, but it will not be our last. We hope to return soon.

This resort is pretty incredible. Amazing sunset views. Many beach loungers, multiple pools, great cocktails plus 3 restaurants. They also have an app that assists you throughout your stay. If you're into diving, the dive centre is on the resort campus with many skilled guides. The peer is also great to help you enter the water if you're snorkelling or going for a swim. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.
