The only thing to keep in mind is that the main street gets busy on weekends, so it can be a bit noisy.

It was a nice, cozy place with easy access and close to the main street. The staff communicated clearly and effectively.

Several kids literally screaming at the pool for a couple of hours. (I went out & turned up loud music & it stopped.) Dogs barking during the night. (I play white noise to cover at least partially.) No American type plugs - but they had ONE adapter. (I did not bring one because my understanding & my experience in the 2+ weeks before at 2 other places - changed to join other groups - was it was not needed. Good thing I always bring an extension cord with several plugs on it.) Air conditioner blows right onto the bed so I woke up with a bit of a cold.

Good location - easy to walk to the water (I actually snorkeled up and down along the street seeing many beautiful creatures I had been seeing in my dives earlier in my trip) & downtown & nearby eateries. Cute enough place w all necessary things to make it easy if one wanted to eat in, bring snacks, etc. Body wash was provided in the shower & hand soap at the sink. Also dishwashing soap provided in the kitchen. (Sometimes those things are not provided.)

The price is shown in usd dollars. I have read one comment that they have a bad exchange rate on their payment platform. Thus, I have asked to sent me a payment link in dollars. They did it, but the payment system automatically coverted the sum in euro without notification with really bad exchange rate. I have seen it only on the receipt. It's unfair as the purpose of the booking is to show the final price and the owner trickes the customer though their payment system. I would give 10 instead of 7, if it would not take place. And you have no air conditioner in the living room (with kitchen), only in the bed rooms, but in both of them.

Our apparement with two bedroom was nice as described. We had a small yard with a table and two beach loungers. There is a small swimming pool and two hammocks on the territory. The are enough parking slots direkt near the hotel. I like the possibility of self check in and check out.

There was nothing to dislike. The only thing was that our ac wasn't cooling properly. The next day one of the employees came to look at it but could not fix it. As it was a holiday weekend, it was difficult to get someone to fix it.

We liked the location. Very central. Walking distance to the city center. The studio was clean and the pool was relaxing. It was very peaceful. Also the bed was very good.

The hotel is located not far from the town but not in a busy area. This gives a tranquility atmosphere. No party or loud noise at night. The room has a small kitchen part and the bed is comfort. The hotel provides a drying rack for wet clothes.

The walls or windows are rather thin. The studio I stayed in was situated next to the pool and you could hear every conversation happening outside. It didn‘t bother me at all but might annoy more sensitive people. Unfortunately there was no shower/bath gel in the bottle in the shower. Beach /pool towels are also not provided (only for a fee). I didn‘t like the checkin and checkout times (16:00/10:30). The hotel offers early checkins and late checkouts upon availability but for a ridiculous fee.

The Studio was spacious, clean and rather modern while being simple. The kitchen is basic and has a big fridge. The location is great within walking distance from the boulevard and there are parking spots in front. Wifi worked great and was fast. Self checkin worked good. It exceeded my expectations.

Was told my stay is $144.20. Suddenly I received an invoice for 132.66 Euro via WhatsApp and email. I called Casita Palma resort; They told me that the system has automatically switched to euros, they are going to arrange it. I then received an invoice for $144.20. To my surprise, the amount of $150.94 was withdrawn from my account. The amount of 132.66 euros has simply been converted into dollars at the rate of the relevant day. They only changed the invoice, but the amount was sent to my bank in euros. I contacted them several times, but did not receive the excess amount back from them.

The location is perfect. It's in the centrum of everything: stores, beach, restaurant and bike rental.

Noisy aironditioner in 1 room; inefficient colling in the kitchen and living room; complete absence of cloth hangers or closet; absence of drying rack, so couldn't dry swimsuits in the island's ultra wet climate; presence of "safe" was advertised but it did not exist; complete absence of ergonomic design of the cupboards and kitchen furniture, had to guess how to open them!; misuse of the term "resort" - this is not a resort but rather an apartment block sharing a small pool. Overall, rather expensive for what it was.
