This hotel is truly amazing! The room was warm and clean, and the location was super convenient. But what touched me the most was the front desk staff, David — he was incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic. I arrived feeling a bit tired and uneasy, but he welcomed me warmly, helped me with my luggage, recommended great nearby restaurants and places to visit, and even drew me a map. When I ran into a few issues, he immediately helped me sort everything out. Although I only stayed for one night, I truly felt the warmth of home and a level of genuine care that’s rare to find while traveling. Highly recommended!

This place was far, far better than the pictures here would lead one to believe. Very clean, centrally located hotel with competent staff. Fantastic shower without the long wait for hot water and very comfortable bed. Helpful (non-English speaking) staff at front desk and decent breakfast.

The hotel is brand new and even better than I expected. Santiago, from the reception, was a sweetheart and gave me many tips and recommendations when I arrived. The hotel is cute, clean and the breakfast is really good, with many options. My stay was really great, no complaints!

The location isnt the most scenic, but then again not much in Potosí really is...

Potosi is a place of extremes: the good, the bad and the ugly. This hotel was an ideal place to process all the experiences of the day. The beds were good and the facilities well kept. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I recommend this hotel!

Everything was good but the rooms could have been more sound proof (very loud patio when people walked through). Had the ground floor room with windows which maybe didn’t help.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was good, hot shower, clean, large bedroom. Breakfast was more complete than most breakfasts I’ve had in similar hotels in South America (it had oats, cereals, yogurt, fruits, eggs, avocado, ham, cheese, toast, cakes etc). Good location too, within walking distance to pretty much everything in the center and a 10min ride to the mines.

Absolutely beautiful property in the heart of Potosi. The lobby and common areas are so clean and pretty. The room was incredible with extremely comfortable beds with soft bedding. Large armchair in the room and table as well. Great shower with amazing pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied from day to day. Quiet for a good sleep and close to the main plaza. A real highlight of our time in South America.

They firstly give us rooms much smaller than we booked with different room type. When I found the mistake, I showed them the photo of the rooms we booked, they switched us to the right room. Other than this, everything is fine. Location is good. By walking a short distance，you can reach all the places.

Very central, spacious and clean. We requested an internal room which they kindly accommodated so it was a bit quieter (as read the outer rooms could be noisy). Good breakfast too and slightly different selection each day. They cleaned the room each day if you wanted that.

There is no negative thing to say.

Charming hotel. It was an ideal stay after a bumpy travel to Potosi. Extremely comfortable, clean and with heating in the rooms. Staff was very nice and helped us out with that we needed. Very well located in the historic centre where you can reach the main points of interest in only a few minutes.
