Mildew smell in the bathroom and it would be nice to have a curtain between the bath and bedroom, as there is no privacy and light floods in from the bath window.

Great location right across from the teleférico. Wonderful restaurants only a few blocks away. Accommodating staff upgraded us to a nicer room when there was an issue with the first.

Perfect location directly next to the cable car. Also you are in the best district of La Paz where you can walk freely in town and have Schuhe selection of really great and affordable food . Rooms are spacious and bright and with a great view. Staff at the reception very helpful and friendly. I would always come back here. Thanks, really.

Very nice hotel located in a very convenient spot in la paz. The staff was always cordial and the facilities where as expected. We enjoyed the hot water radiator heater as the nights were really cold. There was a pharmacy on the door that we used a couple of times so it was also very convenient.

Since the hotel is so new, there are some little things that haven't been fully ironed out but they are all extremely minor - the room safe is fiddly, towels a few centimeters shorter than typical, shampoo brand is weirdly difficult to squeeze, doors sometimes don't align right so you need to be sure the room actually locked when you leave. The fact that these are the only issues I can think of shows how exceptionally well thought-out this venture is - especially in South America where hotels can be extremely hit or miss. By this time next year, I expect the place will be virtually perfect.

Great accommodation and friendly and competent staff. You're right across the street from the cable car and in one of the safest and most walkable parts of La Paz. The hotel is new and very nice with a decent breakfast offering. Like everywhere in La Paz, there's interminable honking outside during commuting hours but it eventually blends into the background - like crickets in the forest. On a higher floor the noise is minimal due to modern windows with decent insulation. The staff are great and very friendly. No surprise last minute changes or hidden fees. I think this hotel will establish itself as a traveler favorite in La Paz very quickly. Other quick highlights: * Wifi is fast and reliable * Views are great, especially from the breakfast room * Good pharmacy located in the same building * Early check-in was affordable and easy to arrange * Great lavanderia on the same block * 24 hr check-in and security * The room cleaners are fastidious, I don't think I've ever seen a hotel room cleaned this well outside of Japan.

Very nice hotel directly opposite of one of the Téleferico stations. It is located in the South Area of La Paz, so not ideal for sightseeing or such but in a nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, shops etc. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Really enjoyed Angel's service at the breakfast and also all receptionists were really friendly always

The location is perfect if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of downtown La Paz. This hotel sits in the south zone of La Paz, and if looking for a lower altitude hotel it sits about ~400 meters ~ 1,200' lower than downtown (prado LaPaz). The Irpavi Teleferico is across the street. Many restaurants, pubs , shops are within 10 minutes of walking distance. It is a laid back neighbor hood, rated to be very safe. The staff is super attentive and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was excellent on floor 7 with an awesome view. The rooms are modern looking with many artisan details, bed was so comfortable, modern bathroom, hot shower, and all the amenities as expected. Not to forget, this hotel offers shuttle service from the airport. The driver was always there ( we took some additional trips) with a sign in the hand with our name waiting for us. Please note the drive to the airport depends on traffic and can be between 30 - 60 minutes.

While there are plenty of positives for this hotel, the city of La Paz is densely populated that will offer occasional noise from nearby avenues.

The Hotel is located in the best area of La Paz city “Calacoto” which provides easy access to public transportation, is located diagonal to Teleférico Verde that will offers you a more convenient, economical and different way to explore the city. Nearby you will find the best restaurants of the country. The view from the room is breathtaking and immerse guests with the essence of Bolivian culture through its decoration. A highly recommended choice to explore beautiful La Paz!

While there's always room for improvement the overall stay at Hotel Las Brisas Sur exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and culturally enriched stay in Bolivia.
