The breakfast is quite poor - there is bread and ham on a buffet, a bit of butter, jam and a small fruit salad per person. They also make eggs for you, as you prefer them. It would be great if the breakfast is a bit more various and rich. The coffee was also a basic americano, whereas there is a good coffee machine in the restaurant, but perhaps the coffee from there is not included.

We had a great room, separated from the main building, with a small fireplace inside that we could use, and with a hige window through which we could see the lake. The food in the restaurant was great, it was also very cozy and the staff was very kind and nice. Unfortunately we stayed for only one night, but loved it.

The most spectacular location with views overlooking the bay and beautifully designed rooms. The owner and staff are friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Copacabana for a few days of R&R.

Our only area for improvement was the WiFi. They had it but it was not good strength. Did not impede on overall excellence of our stay.

My fault, but I didn't really know how to keep a fire going to warm the large room. Warm bedding solved the problem.

I was so impressed by the style of this hotel — from the beautiful view of Lake Titicaca through the window, to the starry skies at night and alpacas walking around the property. I arrived after visiting Uyuni, where I was always cold, so I especially appreciated the cozy fireplace. The room had everything you might need, including a proper kitchen — though I hardly used it because the on-site restaurant was fantastic: delicious food at very affordable price

It seems to be one of the best hotels in Copacabana. The rooms are decorated very stylish. I stayed in the room 11 (2nd floor). The staff is super helpful and nice! The hotel has a restaurant with fantastic view to the lake. It’s also famous, people from other hotels come to eat here. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was incredibly poor. For the standard and price charged for the hotel, it should have been much better. Dried stale bread, a small amount of egg on a cold plate and mushy fruit 😞 possibly the worst breakfast we had in SA. The stairs to our room might not be to everyone’s taste as were steep wooden ‘Monks stairs’. Thankfully we managed them ok. One night is enough in Copacabana.

We really loved the warm welcome we received here from the staff 🤗 The manager was very helpful and allowed us an early check in and gave us some great advice about converting dollars to Bob! Our room was clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. Liked the coffee and tea making facilities. The room was a little cold at night but to be expected in Copacabana. We were allowed to leave our bags at check out too which was really helpful for a couple of hours.

Heater did not work when we were there, but that was apparently due to a water shortage becasue of some ongoing festivities. Staff did bring in some electric heaters to our room, which partially worked.

A cute hotel that is a short distance up a hill (200 m) with a great view of the harbour - the restaurant has an especially good view. Room was clean and staff very helpful. There is a garden in front where we saw many interesting birds.

The hotel setting is beautiful overlooking Lake Titicaca. A garden with baby alpacas to sit in, enjoy the view and relax. Restaurant on site with stunning views, good range of food and attentive staff. Carlos the hotel manager was so kind and went over and beyond translating for us with the local medical center. This hotel was very special.

The whole hotel was so charming, every room was different and with its own interesting peculiarities. A short walk to the centre and waterfront for trips to Isla del Sol. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained with an incredible view of Copacabana and Lake Titicaca. There is garden area to relax, a small store on the property with necessities and the restaurant is cosy. I stayed in room 10 which was very clean, comfortable, good wifi, great view and has a hot shower. The owner Leo is exceptionally friendly and very helpful, with his assistance my stay in Copacabana was enhanced. I hope this review helps you make a well informed decision to stay here.
