Amazing services, jacuzzi, sauna, pool, good heating, nice beds, good breakfast, good water pressure, quiet, arranged taxi to airport as well. We were very surprised to find a hotel like this in Uyuni, no flaws at all, perfect.

I felt there was not really a place to escape in case of an emergency or fire as the rooms do only have a window to the roofed courtyard and only one way out of there. I know this is a s bit weird, but never had that feeling in a hotel before. It was our first night in Bolivia and they made us pay in dollar even when we wanted to pay on soles. The exchange rate they offered was ridiculous. Be aware of that an pay with the official rate on soles, don’t let yourself be fooled .

The food in the restaurant is good. As Uyuni is really not the most beautiful place in Peru this place serves a bit of an Oasis in the town so go there if you want a good standard

The hotel is very nice. Located in an central area, very close to many restaurants and tour offices. The reception is open 24/7 and they were very happy to provide help and assist us with everything we needed. The pool and hut tub is very nice and have a great temperature. We enjoyed the pool after our trips to the Salar de uyuni. The breakfast was good and the rooms were big and spacious. I would love to stay again.

Our only comment is that breakfast is a bit dull compared to the delicious evening meals in the same restaurant, but absolutely everything else was terrific.

We stayed here twice, either side of our 3-day trip into the salt flats. Everything was perfect, the hotel has lots of lounge areas, each one with a fire which is so welcome because Uyuni is a cold city. Rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we returned to Uyuni. Special mention to the lady on reception (unfortunately we didn’t catch her name), unbelievably helpful and efficient, she went out of her way to make our two stays even more enjoyable.

Everything was perfect.

All of the staff were super lovely! Hot water, heating in the rooms and electric blankets. Breakfast included. Free tea and coffee all day. Indoor heated pool and sauna. I stayed twice and have a great stay both times. Would stay again next time.

The bed was comfortable. The facility included a restaurant next door. The internet worked well. Easy to walk to the main streets. The bathroom’s toilet placement is difficult to use.

The bathroom was a bit tight and there was a tiny smell from the drainage. It's a bit secluded and you need to walk about 10 mins to the town center. The cost was quite high for NYE in Uyuni.

The hotel's interior decor is so cozy w/ the lighting and colors. The restaurant is beautiful and had a good selection of food. I like how they offer free tea and coffee all day/ night. The staff is helpful and friendly. The windows only open out to the interior of the building, but it was fine. They provide a fan if it gets too hot. The lighting and decor in the room was beautiful w/ earthy colors and so cozy. The sauna was very relaxing after a day in the cold.

Breakfast was limited.

The communal areas of this hotel were very pleasant and there is a decent restaurant attached to the hotel. The bedroom - as there are no external windows - felt a bit hot although you could easily get a fan for your room. The room and bathroom felt clean enough.

My room (I don't know about the others) definitely too small. It was a double, but the space was cramped even for one person. The bathroom was so small (1.5 m x 2) that it was even at the limits of usability.

The hotel offers a lot, the facility is pleasant, the attached restaurant is good, the breakfast excellent, the staff efficient.
