I believe the exchange rate for dollar is usually higher than what’s official or what you can get from the streets. So have USD with you!

The wifi in my room was very weak. Old floorboards are very creaky and the walls are thin, you can hear everything next door. Also, there’s a creepy hole in the ceiling. They took 15 minutes to locate my laundry.

Nice laidback vibe and friendly staff. They helped me carry my heavy suitcase up to the third floor. My room was quite nice and comfortable equipped with a closet. The bathroom is spacious, has hot water and a nice view.

The bathrooms weren't super clean, but not dirty. The wifi didn't extend all the way to the room all the time, but it worked well in the common area.

Excellent location, just a couple of blocks from the centre of Potosi. The staff here are the real standout - they're so friendly and helpful! The rooms are basic, but the large common area is great to hang out. The breakfast is good value - fresh fruit, bread etc.

This is a wooden house, there is noisy when walking. Some facilities are old.

To walk ten minutes to central. Open areas is big. Staff are helpful n willing to help.

Rooms just need coat hooks anywhere and towel hooks in the bathroom. Also need a small shelf in the bathroom. Great place, just no where to put anything, especially in the bath room.

Great location and sociable hostel. The indoor chill out space is the highlight. Room was big, beds bit hard but cosy, shower hot and towels provided. Kitchen was good enough for simple meals. Wifi worked well. The roads are noisy everywhere so bring earplugs. Recommend!

Breakfast wasn’t great but is very cheap. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room smelt a bit damp and the bathroom had single pane glass which seemed to be nearly falling out. Not very sound proof but overall a good hostel to stay for two nights in Potosi

The private room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful—I had no warm water the first night, but they fixed it quickly. The location is great. While the room is a bit old and simple, it's perfectly fine for a couple of days. The breakfast could be improved, but it was okay. Overall, I recommend it!

The location. My private room had an impressive view of ‘Cero Rico’, Potosí’s ‘silver hill’. It was a large room with a comfortable and warm bed but little else. The two reception staff that I dealt with were very helpful and welcoming.

The noise! I had a private room, but noise isolation is non-existent. You hear everyone and everything. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs or give it a pass.

I wanted to pay in BOB and they used 13:1 exchange rate vs. USD.. it’s very cold in the night (no heating); they charge extra for towel. I booked a private double room but ended up with a bunk bed.

The staff were not particularly friendly. The entire hostel is running down. The tiles on the floor are peeling and dirty. The bathrooms had very little privacy because two doors looking in have obscured mirrors so people are blurred but visible. The luggage storage is great but it is not secure as promised because they never locked the door. There are a lot of other options nearby similar pricing.

Five minute walk from the Casa de Moneda and Plaza 10 de Noviembre. The bedsheets seemed clean.

Our rooms toilet didn't flush, got it fixed and it broke again. The shower was very cold and weak. Our room had a hole leading to the attic (whilst nothing happened, it was loud and very creepy). The breakfast was ok. This place is super highly rated so maybe we just got unlucky...
